Was told I needed extractions, paid for partial denture to be made and ready for on extraction day. Three weeks after first visit & day before surgery they call saying they don't take my insurance! They should have verified that while I was in the office those 2hrs. Now I have a $700 partial I can't use until I find another dentist and they will probably have a different treatment plan.

I learned so much about myself and they were so thorough. Dr. Ip, Shae, and Grace were all such a pleasure. On this visit, I learned that I have a deviated septum and also a tight oral frenulum. These might be why I have breathing problems at night. The team was never pushy with trying to sell me on services or products which I really appreciated. They have such cool technology that really gives me an in depth overview of my oral health. The only thing I would recommend is if they played music in the lobby or something. I lost the tooth during my career as an MMA fighter, and because it was so noticeable, it had always been a major source of embarrassment for me. I explained that I'm a father of three, work weekends at the restaurant while building my own business, and don't currently have insurance. Without hesitation, Beth told me they would find a way to work something out.
