This place has been here since 1912, so it is now 103 years old. The building certainly looks like it has been here this long too. Owens N H and Son Funeral Home has a fleet of brand new limos and a hearse, the inside of the Funeral Home is well equipped to handle about 100 people or more and they have a piano and other types of media equipment. Once again the stone will have to be cleaned because no one bothered to remove the fallen limb. The entire area for infants and children is never properly maintained. We had our baby buried there because we thought Calvary Cemetery staff would care properly for his grave. The front is maintained giving the illusion that the whole cemetery is well maintained, but the back kooks like trash. Very disrespectful to the families and loved ones of those that have passed. We expect much better from the staff of our Catholic cemetery.

I finally made contact with Yolanda after she had been out of the office on personal matters. Yolanda was unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Yolanda verbiage while speaking with me on the phone was unpleasant and she lacked self control in inserting herself into family issues that is not her concern. No one asked her opinion on anything pertaining to the situation although her distasteful opinion was given. Customers have the right to choose the facility that will best serve their loved one and Yolanda and her nasty attitude towards me as a family member was "disrespectful." Hopefully Mr Love will replace Yolanda with someone that has more decorum and respect for their clients. Better yet send her to a customer service class, no one wants to deal with a trifling person in times of grief.
