This is the second time Ibbotson has been out and both times, Ibbotson addressed the issue for far less than we feared we'd have to pay. We're not kidding ourselves. We understand we are on borrowed time with this furnace but rather than exploit the situation we had a good, educational talk with our technician about ultimately replacing our system and given honest answers and solid options. I appreciate Ibbotson's integrity, professionalism and confidence. No high pressure sell. They know we'll be back when we're ready to take the next step.
