I recently bought a home (in April) with an older furnace (over 27 years old) so I knew when I bought the house that I would likely have to replace the furnace. I had 3 different HVAC companies come out over the course of 4 months and I never really got a straight answer or a solution to any of the problems I was having. Once it started to get cold in early October, it was obvious that the furnace was not working at all. My parents had called Service Plus to get a new furnace and were happy with the service they provided them, so I gave them a call. I could not be more pleased. From the first call I felt very comfortable, and I felt like they really cared about my problem. A technician (Cesar, who I believe may be the owner) came out the next day and he was very nice and very communicative which I appreciated. Once he looked at everything another technician (Jim) came out to speak with me about my options. I needed to get a new furnace and a new water heater. I was obviously a little upset, but I figured this would be the case. The technicians explained all my options and even provided me with financing options. The amount I paid for a new furnace/AC/water heater was extremely reasonable. That same week 2 more technicians came out (Armando and Armando JR? I think) They installed my new furnace, water heater and A/C that week. I was in shock by how quickly things moved along. In comparison to the other HVAC companies I had called, their level of service didn't come anywhere close to the level of service I received from Service Plus. Every single technician that came out was super nice, friendly, and genuine. That was the biggest piece to me was how genuine every single technician was. I knew they weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, and I could see how genuinely concerned they were that my family and I did not have a working furnace. They also helped with some plumbing issues I had. They had a professional Plumber out to install the water heater and he also was able to look at an issue I had in one of the bathrooms and give me a quote for this as well. Similar to the furnace issues, I had also had several plumbers come out for the bathroom issue and they all basically told me it was nothing. (even though there was water coming through my ceiling) The Plumber that Service Plus had come out actually took the time to identify the problem and provide me solutions. I wish I could call Service Plus whenever I have any issues with my home! I fully trust Service Plus, and their technicians and I recommend them 100%. read more

As in some of the more recent reviews, I too had a great experience with both Eduardo and Kevin from Service Plus. They did an amazing job, were thorough with their cleaning and took the time to explain more about their company and the additional services that they can provide. They even noticed that my vent was not secured properly, and offered to make the repair so that it would stay in place. I was not aware of this and was grateful that they took the time to make the necessary repair so that it did not cause a problem in the future. Found this company when I lived in my first house and will never call anyone else again. I am in home #2 and when I needed service here I went back to them. They are fast, reliable, and very helpful. Heating and AC is something most people do not understand in their home; this company makes you feel comfortable and helps you to understand what they are doing and why it needs to be done. Cesar performed a load calculation test which I forwarded to 4 Seaons who installed a greatly oversized furnace. The load calculation done by Cesar was thorough and very professional looking. It was the proof I needed to motivate 4 Seasons to replace my furnace with the correct size at no charge. Wish I had used Service Plus to start with.
