Toward the back of the room on the floor level, in front of the bar, there are bar height tables with seating. In front of those tables is open floor, so people can stand at the rail right up at the stage or form a mosh pit or dance, or whatever they do while enjoying the show. In addition to the floor space, there is the option of balcony tickets. The balcony space runs along two sides of the room. The sections along the back wall are separated by shipping containers so you have separate "rooms" with seating, some tables, and room to stand. The balcony above the doorway side of the room is open, without any rooms dividing it up. Sight-lines are great, upstairs or down. Whether you are upstairs or on the floor, the sound is amazing. It's pretty surprising to have such good acoustics in a square, mostly concrete room, but the designers obviously knew what they were doing. Between bands we could hear people on the other side of the room downstairs talking. My husband when downstairs, and I heard his voice from the balcony when he ran into and had a conversation with a friend, and my husband is a "quiet talker." But that brings me to my one criticism. The plan didn't seem to include dealing adequately with large crowds. Getting in required waiting, mostly outside, for quite awhile while one person scanned or sold tickets. Two bathrooms, one designated as men's and one for women, and the one bar are downstairs. Maximum capacity is 1.000 people, so the wait times for entrance, bathroom facilities, or bar service can be long. While that won't stop us from returning to see shows here (in my opinion the setup and acoustics more than make up for any wait times) it's just something to keep in mind.

It is sloped downward, so that if you are at the back you still have no problem seeing the stage. The room can have folding chairs laid out and this is the case for the show we saw. Most of the time though I'd expect it to be standing room only. This is something to be aware of as I could imagine this being a deal breaker for some older concert goers or anyone with a physical impairment.
