If there is one person we were and still are glad to know in the area it is Nanci! My parents took their home off the listing for the holidays. Dennis calls them and tells them that he has a "client who's interested in seeing the home" the next day "at 4 PM." Dennis replies that he did multiple times she never called back. **LIE.** **My parents, who are in their 80s, and my mother who has an injured back and arm and in a lot of pain worked hard to clean the house for this so-called 4 PM showing. This is ON TOP OF The fact that my sister is in the hospital with a serious case of seizures, stressing us all out, and my parents busy visiting her in the hospital twice a day. The day of this so called "showing" my parents' realtor calls Dennis and - of course - suddenly these "clients" of his don't want to see it anymore. It was all just a lie and manipulation to try to steal the listing. I will not forgive him for putting my poor parents through all of this!
