Anthony Russo helped me by experimenting with several cords he had and he concluded it was the box of my charger that was bad. Fortunately he had one that worked for my laptop. He was able to diagnose and give me a new cord in less than half hour for $30. I'm glad to finally get this fixed. Anthony Russo has a kind demeanor and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him with any computer problems you have.
