Not to mention the last time I did use them they didn't clean one of my downspouts and it ended up overflowing. They did thankfully come out to fix it, but is did need to hassle with them a bit about it. Response: They didn't explain why I had to ask for the unscheduled appointment to be cancelled 4 times before it was actually cancelled. They are right the prior service fix was beyond the 30 day warranty but it was not months. As I informed them, we had a baby days after the service and it wasn't really a top priority to check their service at the time until we saw damage to the ground around the clogged downspout.
