People walking under, through, around your squat rack/machines is so unsafe. There is so much non-working equipment. It is way too expensive to be constantly busy and never have enough room to workout. Icing on the cake is I requested a cancellation due to moving out of state. Emailed, called MULTIPLE times, and consistently got ignored by Jordan, the one person that manages accounts. He requested multiple forms of proof of move, which I happily provided, and again was ignored. My card continues to try to be processed, I have called and emailed yet another person multiple times, and get ignored. Extremely unprofessional and quite possibly the most ridiculous place ever.

It is nice to see all ages and athletic levels coming in to workout; it is also a very diverse spot. Yes, it gets busy, but I never had to wait more than 2 min for a machine.
