I have had poor experiences with prior auto shops trying to sell me all sorts of crap and services I don't need to keep my lemon running between work and home. From making the appointment over the phone to discussing the issue after his investigation, the gentleman I talked to (the son of the original founder and now owns the place) was incredibly respectful and professional. He explained that it was likely a computer issue and recommended to me the nearest Ford dealership to take it to. He even gave me a ride to work the morning I dropped off my car to him! Serious service!! I also got my oil changed which took 20 min per the gentleman I spoke with (Mike? Sorry I'm bad with names!) and with the 3.5% added fee for using card and not cash it came out to $35 bucks or so which is also not bad. Go here for trustworthy service!

They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. Not only did Mike at WP Automotive confirm some of the repair requests weren't necessary, he took the time to explain why. His prices for the remaining and necessary work were cheaper than the car dealership. Westpark Automotive is a NAPA shop, which was important to me. I know from prior experience, NAPA shops use NAPA premium parts which are higher quality than what a regular person buys off of the shelves at their corner NAPA Auto Parts store. After inspecting the work that was done, the pride in their work is evident. They don't cut corners. It's clear to me they are honest, highly skilled and competitively priced.
