A client of mine came in for a noise from their car. Checked, had excessively dry rotted tires that are 10 years old that were installed by this shop a week prior. Utterly unacceptable to risk someone's life with type of shoddy work. Negative stars. read more

This is the second time I left this business without service. This time I was acknowledged, which was an improvement over the previous visit, and told to pull in. After sitting behind another car while it was serviced for 20 minutes, I was told to pull up to where the other vehicle had been. I then sat there for another 20 minutes with no other cars or customers in sight. No one acknowledged me. Finally after 40 minutes of sitting in my car inside the garage, I decided enough was enough and again left without service. I was shocked when looking for another business, to see this place was rated 5 stars! No way! read more

Fast service! The gentleman answer the phone right away even though I thought they would be closed for the federal holiday. They were able to quickly locate the nail in my tire and patch it up. There's alot of things I wouldn't buy used. Undergarments, prophylactic, and needles to name a few. But I will never, ever, buy a new tire again. The savings are unbelievable. These so called 'used' tires are barely used and are so inexpensive. I don't know why everyone doesn't buy used tires. But I'm glad they don't - more used tires for the rest of us! I got two practically new tires that still have most of their tread for $60 saving hundreds of dollars! Not all of their selection is as new and some sell for as low as $15. This location was a bit busy when I visited and it operates like a drive thru. You just wait in your car until it's your turn. Located in a retired fire station, they probably have close to a thousand tires standing by to satisfy your vehicles needs. Maybe more. read more

I was traveling from Columbus Ohio to Cleveland Ohio and found myself with a low tire pressure light. Thankfully I made it to Cleveland after putting air in the tire and then found these awesome gentleman at Tire Depot! I wish I could give them more stars. They had me in and out within 30min with very fair prices! If you ever find yourself with car trouble in the Cleveland area, this is 100% the place to go. I hope I don't have to visit them again, but IF I find myself with car troubles again in Cleveland, I will definitely be going back! read more

My wife's new fancy pants car had an issue. The rear driver side tire kept falling in pressure despite my filling it up. I called here and they said probably just needs a patch and they'll charge $10. I was pretty excited because if I brought it to the Mercedes dealership, they probably would have charged a lot. When I got to Tire Depot, there was one other customer ahead of me and she was sitting in her car while they had her car raised up and they were fixing her tire. I drove into the shop behind her car and they fixed both our cars in 10 minutes while we each sat inside our cars. They were polite and very quick. The tech showed me the nail he took out the tire. I gave him a generous tip and told him I would leave him a good review online. It was a great feeling to have my wife's new luxury brand car fixed and charged the same price as everyone else. It's only been a day since I had the service but so far so good. The tire pressures have been reading great. read more

I used to come here all the time, until they over torqued my studs and crossthreaded them. I had to replace the whole wheel hub assembly, and a whole new tire anyway from another shop. That in total was over $600. NEVER GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MESS YOUR CAR UP! read more

I procrastinated buying a set of worn tires on my SUV and once the snow came I started looking. I found Tire Depot on Yelp and gave them a call. Luckily they had a full set (like new) of Goodyear Forteras for $200 installed. I showed up, they had pulled them aside and 15 minutes later I was out the door. This place is fantastic! We pulled right in, let them know what side we needed repaired and they were done in about 15 minutes. They employees were extremely good guys. Make sure that you have cash, since they do not take cards. If you happen to not have cash, there is an ATM right across the street. $35 for a rear passenger tire with installation. I went to their sister store on West 150th yesterday to buy some used tires. They were out of the kind I needed, so I drove to a junk yard and found my correct size of tire. I went back to Tire Depot on West 150th to get the tires mounted and balanced. They had about 4 signs in their shop that said the mounting and balancing was $5 each tire for the mount and $5 to balance. I had 4 tires to do, so I figured it was going to be $40 dollars. The guy tells me it is going to be $60 and that balancing now went up to $10 a tire. I said your signs all say $5 a piece. His coworker then said no, $60. He said he did not have to put my tires on. I said just mount them and that this was a terrible business practice. This is not how you get repeat business. I will spend more somewhere else to avoid this place in the future. Brought in my 2011 accord to get 4 used tires. Got a great price. They stand behind their warranty. I came back later the same day with a leak in one of the tires and they replaced it no questions asked. Got tires with almost full tread for less than half the cost of new ones installed.
