For this region, the milk tea is good but not California standard. Friend got the mango strawberry (?) sago and she enjoyed it (caffeine free) - saw there were chunks of fruits in it. Went back a few days later and ordered the lychee rose jasmine tea and not as good as Follow Tea (which had a cream top). The lychee rose here has a stronger floral taste - refreshing but does not top the one at Follow Tea.
