Finding a lunch place that my wife and I both like on the MS Coast has been a challenge, but on the last day of our last visit there we may have found a winner. Juicy Caboosy serves delicious food that's on the lighter side while having good enough portion sizes to get you through the day. I loved my cold pressed juice (definitely try the Orange Immunity) and her smoothie was outstanding. The day was too hot to be outside, so the air conditioned, enclosed patio next to the caboose was quite welcome. But we're both looking forward to when the temperatures come down so we can enjoy the outdoor area in front of the caboose...perhaps with some cocktails. read more

They make breakfast Wraps and bowls and they are delicious! Cold pressed juices are available, and the house coffee is pretty solid! I tried the cost scramble in a bowl and enjoyed it. They got the bacon right : ) The Caboose decor is cool, and if you want to stay around and relax there is a small indoor seating area with plenty of outdoor seating facing the Ocean for a great relaxing view. It was 19 OCT 2025, and the family and I had just spent the weekend in Biloxi for a quick getaway. We were heading home and decided to eat a quick breakfast before we made our obligatory stop at Buc-ee's. Had it not been for Yelp, we would have never seen the Juicy Caboosy, as it sits back 1 block off the beach. Don't let the looks fool you, as this place is definitely "legit". The exterior is intriguing; especially if you like trains, but one would be remised if you think there is no room to eat. The caboose itself is actually the kitchen. This is a counter service restaurant, and you can either outside or take your food inside the climate-controlled dining room that is almost all glass and offers great views and natural lighting. I ordered the coast scramble with the seasoned potatoes, and it was pretty darn good. This is the kind of breakfast that will "stick to your ribs" and be with you for a while, so you definitely won't be leaving hungry. It would probably be great for a hangover too, but I digress. I truly cannot recall what the wifey ate, but I don't recall any negative comments. My son got the pancakes and they were pretty big. Luckily for me, he let me sample them, and they were delicious. I would definitely go back here and try one of their wraps & flats or Harvest Bowls. So, the next time you are cruising down the coast in Long Beach, Mississippi, take a look to the north for the red caboose and stop on in for a great meal. read more

Don't let the looks fool you. It's actually got indoor seating if you so choose. The food is UNBELIEVABLE. I had the French toast wrap and it is an absolute 10 out of 10. Combine that with the garden bloody (and water, because, hydration) and it was such a great find while down on the MS coast. The young lady helping us was incredibly friendly and patient while we tried to decide what to get. The service at the table was exceptional. The yacht rock playing at just the right level made for a perfect setting for our breakfast. I can't recommend this place enough. We were hesitant when we pulled up only because we weren't sure we wanted to sit outside, but once we were told about the indoor option, we were set. The Good : cute cafe built around a train caboose with views of the Gulf. Food we had was acceptable. We ordered two açaí bowls. The Not So Good: posted hours start at 9AM. We got there around 9:15 to find two other parties waiting and the place not yet open. Owner/Manager (?) showed up around 9:20. First party - family of about 6 - ordered when the window opened. Second party just got a bottle of juice. We finally ordered around 9:25. Our two açaí bowls arrived at 9:47. Person who took our order applied a 15% discount. Bottom line for us - If you say you're open at 9, then open at 9. I'd much rather have my order without the delay caused by the tardy opening than the discount. Doubt we will return. read more

Super super cool atmosphere! Been dying to try this place out since it opened, and finally made it. I got the sausage egg and cheese bagel. The sausage patty's (there were 2) on this thing were GIGANTIC. The sandwich was very good, and the adorable bartender makes a MEAN drink. I even bought an infuser jar, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I would have given five stars, but the wait time was very long. Also , I don't recall having a fan outside, which they should, but they're new. Almost passed it up! The caboose is elevated, decking around it, with seating for diners on deck or grassy lawn. Freshly juiced blends, SOOO GOOOD. I had The Tower steak sandwich on the freshest-tasting ciabatta bread, with just the right hint of tanginess from blue cheese to complement the tender juicy steak tips and grilled onions. No kidding- the first bite exceeded expectations and truly may be the best steak sandwich I've ever enjoyed. Choice of pasta or green salad on side- dressing may have been honey mustard- greens and veggies totally fresh. I look forward to returning when I'm down this end of the Coast (sorry, Harbor View....but I still know where to get my fried oyster fix!) My first time at the juicy caboosy was opening day and they were so busy! Though they were busy and it was hot, the service was immaculate, the drinks were cold and refreshing and the food was tasty and like nothing else around this area. I got the caboose juice to start and followed it with a sweet and spicy. All of there cocktails are made with fresh juice and let me tell you it makes a huge difference in the flavor of the cocktail! For food I had the hopper which is amazing! It's a blt but with a pimento cheese spread! I was fully satisfied with every single thing.
