The toppings on the donut base were amazing and made the combination work. The donuts were delicious, soft, buttery, they were all hits. And so, I had to come back and try something else. On my second drive thru trip, I ordered a pepperoni donut and a breakfast sandwich. Sadly, it all came on the same donut base!!! My advice: stick to the sweet donuts, and 3 of them. Pick your toppings carefully, and you will have an amazing experience. The salty donuts were a letdown, but the sweet ones are a total hit.

This was a mixed bag. Some positives and some negatives. We'll start with the positivess: the side…read moreof the place is set up very well. It looks very comfortable, warm, and welcoming. It looks like a nice place, albeit small, for a cozy meet and greet with someone. The donuts are good, but they're a little pricey and complex. I called them, and this genre of donuts, "debris" donuts. It's like if a barnacle was living its best second life as a doughnut. All the donuts have a bunch of crap all over them. Don't get me wrong, it's relatively tasty crap, but it can be a bit much. I did get one or two of the less "complex" donuts and they were quite tasty. I also put a lot of of weight on customer service. Since I've never been in before, I wanted to go into the store versus through the drive-through. When I walked in, I stood there for three or four minutes and never saw another living soul. I wondered if I wondered to the back if I would see everybody tied up or something. I called out multiple times. Nothing! I shifted around so that I could see in the back and I saw an employee standing there scrolling on her phone. I'm not an idiot. I know what that thumb action looks like. I called out to her multiple times and she was standing there right by an open window. I know she could hear me. When I finally raised my voice to a uncomfortable level, she wasn't shocked. She wasn't startled. She simply lowered her phone very smoothly turned and came out front. She knew I was there but whatever was on her phone was more important. She tried to follow me off with some BS Story about babysitting some donuts and I'm not buying it so they lose a couple of stars on customer service. So if you're familiar with the product and you go through the drive-through, you probably don't have to put up with that crap.
