You basically have to plan to bring your own towel to dry your car or they need to hire people that dry off your car for you. What you get is not worth the price compared to other full-service wash establishments. If you need a general rinse, not a bad spot, but if you want your car to be fully clean, look elsewhere.

Despite my inquiries about the reasons behind these closures, I was informed that they only saw a few cars over a couple of hours. This is particularly disappointing because Paradise Car Wash publishes their business hours, yet they fail to honor them. Instead, they shut down when they're not busy and don't provide pro-rated rates for customers who are not able to use their services. To make matters worse, they don't even send text alerts to inform us that they're closed. In almost every occurrence, I've called Bubble Barn, only to find that they were still open. Today (2/1/2026) I arrived at 3:30 PM and they are scheduled to be open until 5 PM. Another car was in front of me looking for a wash. The snow was done, I wanted a wash to have a clean vehicle for the week. I kindly request that Paradise Car Wash implement pro-rated rates for times when they are not open and provide text alerts to customers so that we don't waste our time driving over to find them closed.

I showed her the price for a coupe online, and her statement was, well maybe he wanted to charge me extra for something and didn't write it down. She invited me to take a seat and wait an hour. Why does he tolerate the consistent outrageous nastiness of the cashier? She and the cleaning process issues are causing people to run away to Crew and other area competitors. Think of the massive improvement in revenues the owner could experience by addressing these two critical problems!
