To make matters worse, the staff has a terrible attitude--talking with that signature 'vocal fry' and sounding completely impatient. When I tried to push for details about the advertised deal, I was abruptly hung up on. This has happened twice so far. If this is how they treat potential clients before they even get through the door, I can't imagine how many eye-rolls I'd get during an actual treatment.
