The employees seemed to be having a good time, which is great, but it also felt like customer service and professionalism could have been given a bit more attention. When I asked one employee a question, I noticed a strong smell of alcohol and she appeared somewhat intoxicated, which was concerning. This location used to be one of the better places here in MB, so it was sad to see it not quite living up to what it used to be. It's the closest location to me, and I would really like to keep coming back, so I hope improvements can be made in both the customer service and the overall environment.

After doing a little more research I found that their Italian Ice is a signature item that Jeremiah's developed and I always most certainly build my own with the Italian Ice, Gelato, and a mix in of some sort. Today I went with the salted caramel, vanilla, and oreo build your own in a small. And I must say it was exquisite! The space itself is a bit smaller and has a mural reflecting the geographic area you are in and suburb. I also wanted to add that there is actually a drive thru for convenience. The only hiccup I encountered this visit was that the staff member did not know anything about the loyalty program and that lies on the mgmt team to make sure this important part of any brand knows this.
