Went to this eyebrow bar once. Although it's decorated very cute, there's a LOT to be desired for the business owner. I called for a second appointment and left numerous voice messages (at least 7 times) and go ZERO response. I was visiting from LA and called well in advance to get an appointment booked yet couldn't get a call back to save my life. Highly unprofessional- usually as a business OWNER, you'd think she has enough etiquette to AT LEAST follow up and call back whether she has time for the appointment OR NOT. Rude. Simply put, it's RUDE to not respond at all especially when a potential client is clearly attempting to book an appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism . Tip to the "Busy Bee": CALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS WHEN THEY LEAVE MESSAGES. Needless to say, that visit was the first AND LAST time I'll be sitting in her (Kristene's) chair. If I could leave zero stars for horrible follow up- I most definitely would. It's irritating more than anything else *insert pissed off emoji*. read more

I had been growing my brows out to a more natural shape for about 6 months. The place I had been going to during that time closed unexpectedly, and I frantically searched for a replacement. I tried the Brow Bar at Macys, and had a lot of my hard work undone, much to my frustration. And then I found Kristene. I managed to book an appointment the morning I was flying out for a week-long trip out of state. She recognized me right away since she used to work at the place I used to go to (but had been a client of someone else). I explained to her my brow history and she was definitely ready to help me out. And I've been seeing her every month since! She's super friendly and so easy to talk with. It was my first time going to Kristine and I think it's safe to say I'm coming back! First off I love the location of her salon; parking wise it's ideal if you want to get your eyebrows done and go. I usually go to benefit bar in the mall, which is still a good place to go to. But I found Kristine to be more personable and easy to talk to. Not only that but I've never seen my eyebrows so full before until she shaped them herself! Just visited Kristene today with my 13 year old daughter who has naturally full and beautiful brows. Kristene waxed and shaped her brows and they look even lovelier than before! I am not as lucky as my daughter and have over tweezed and did not have a good shape to my brows.
