This review is specifically for Dexe who works at this business. I wanted to report her business to BBB but this business doesn't show under their website for some reason. Initially, I appreciated Dexe and how she evaluated my skin and made recommendations for the facial peel. She wanted me to pay for the future services in full that hadn't started yet or pay 50% up front. I opted to pay for 50% of the 3 facial peel sessions at the first visit. She advised some facial products to use before the peels for me to purchase from her, which I did. During the 3rd session, she added another layer of peel around my eyes and on the nose which left burn marks on both sides of my nose. First two times she had used 3 layers. I noticed those marks right away and hoped they will heal until the next appointment which was a follow up for "next steps" I didn't mention the black burn marks to Dexe and figured when I see her I can show her at the follow up appointment. All together, I spent close to $2000 for this treatment. A day before my follow up appointment, Dexe cancelled my follow up appointment via text message stating she was sick and I will need to reschedule. At that time, I shared with her about burns on both sides of my nose and asked when I could reschedule . She did not respond. This was in March, 2025. I sent multiple texts after that. No answer. She ghosted me. It's now almost August, 2025. 5 months later and still no response. The burn marks stayed, which I cover with makeup. Dexe took my money, caused damage to my face then ghosted me. read more

Extremely horrendous and terrible experience with Julie Cruz. This review pertains to an eyebrow service back in 2016. I live in Fresno and drove up to Sacramento for a 'correction' brow service. When I arrived after my 3 hour drive, Julie was not friendly and welcoming; instead she was impertinent. Julie really lacks professionalism. She managed to rush my appointment and did not consider my suggestions or as I should say "my wishes". When I told her about how I'd like my brows and tried to tell her about any specifics or preferences I had she ignored me. Instead of accommodating my preferences Julie talked over me. What a way to degrade your customer. Since I was in the Sacramento area for a week, I thought I'd go back to get my "FREE" touch-up (which was included with the initial service). After all, I was charged $600+ so why not go back to get my assured touch-up. I decided to go in and ask for an appointment but was told off by Julie herself that her assistant handles all her appointments so for me to leave and wait for a call. Days later no phone calls so I decided to call. Her sister, who is her ASSISTANT, picks up and thought I was a "NEW" client so she told me they had an opening the very same day. Once I corrected her and told her I was an "existing client" who was coming in for a touch-up she became rude and basically told me "No available appointments, only for NEW clients". What a way to run a business! First you cheat me my money then you even go as far as lying/refusing free touch-ups which was advertised/promised to be included! It's obvious this place only cares about new clients for sole purpose of MONEY-MAKING. No quality in the work and service they give to customers. What a abhorrent experience and disgusting way to run a shop. If you're curious, I never received a touch-up. Don't book with her. STAY AWAY. I'd file a complaint through BBB if she was on there.
