I was to get full car Gloss Max PPF, plus SYSTEM X MAX G PLUS ceramic coating, This included a 15 year film warranty of which he charged me $7800.00. He said he would need my car for aprox 5-days. I'll keep this short and to the point. The car is ruined, I cant even at this point get anyone who is a professional PPF installer to touch my car! DO NOT TAKE YOUR HIGH END VEHICAL TO THIS SHOP!!! Nick is not a professional in any way. He is avoiding me, not taking my calls, he has applied two different products to my $200k corvette, the PPF and peel clear! It is cut horribly showing seams, film lifting, film not covering car completely, some of the car is matte like and some is gloss. There are several areas of chipped paint. He attempted to rectify the problems 3xs each result being worse than the last! I have pictures of damage, many videos as well as text conversations where he is contradicting condescending, behaving erratically. One minute he's telling me I'm the best client ever and in the next breath saying the results of his work are my fault due to my pressuring him to fix the poor workmanship on my car!! he's not honoring the warranty on either product either! There's so much that has occurred in well over a months time with this shop/Nick that id be typing for hours! Just be sure you go elsewhere for this type of product and due your due diligence when hiring anyone to place protection of any kind on your vehicle! I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.

Excellent experience with Joel and All Shade Window Tinting!…read more I first came to All Shade back in 2020 to have 3M Crystalline installed on my GMC Sierra, and I had such a good experience that when I recently purchased my new 2026 Ram 1500 Limited, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it. Joel was great from beginning to end. He took the time to go over the different 3M Crystalline Black options with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the right combination for what I wanted: maximum heat rejection while still keeping the tint classy and relatively subtle. We ended up doing 3M Crystalline Black 70% on the windshield and 50% on the rest of the truck, including the panoramic sunroof, and the results came out excellent. The installation is extremely clean, the truck looks fantastic, and the difference in solar heat coming through all that glass is immediately noticeable. I also really appreciated that Joel recognized me as a returning customer and took care of me on the pricing. That kind of customer service is exactly why people come back. Everything was properly documented with the 3M warranty information, and I was also impressed that they document the installation through CARFAX. Joel was also very helpful discussing 3M paint protection film for the truck and explained the coverage, warranty, and how he takes care of his customers even down the road if a section of PPF ever gets damaged and needs replacement. It's becoming harder to find businesses where you feel like they actually value repeat customers, stand behind their work, and take the time to explain what you're paying for.
