When we entered, we were greeted and assisted quickly, employees were super chatty, helpful and friendly, they had a special on their pods but 2 get the 3rd half off, so I got a great deal as well. If all my visits could be guaranteed to be like this, I would highly recommend and become a repeat customer! They also take cards now, 3 years ago I was told cash only and your employee was nice enough to let me know the pods had a 7 day warranty on them in case any of my batch were defective.

The vibe has always been off, from the very unfriendly front desk guy to the people helping you in the back. They're also overpriced but it was convenient so I've gone a few times. Until last night, the final straw. I placed an order online and headed over about 9:30 only to find the Ethanac off-ramp closed. So I had to go the next exit and backtrack via the streets and arrived at 9:53. The front guy desk was completely rude and said "we're done for the night". Considering the pick up order window was until 10, this was very unprofessional. And they had to see the off-ramp was closed and they still closed early. Neva again!
