I mentioned to the lady that was helping me that I got this box brand new from them and went to smoke it and it was completely terrible and I had asked her to smoke it herself to prove my point and I guarantee she wouldn't smoke it herself because how nasty it was, but she makes it seem like it was my fault that the product that I purchased directly from them in store was bad I did not want my money back on my item. I just wanted an exchange or credit value of what I spent for the cartridge.
