Months after my infusion(during covid) I was contacted by then telling me to pay my bill. Confused, I said they had informed me that my services were covered. They said my insurance covered one and agreed to a second and then changed their minds. How is this my issue? Now, almost two years later, they email again telling me to pay. I was actually on my way there, running late, when I received a call from someone at this office -- I believe she said her name was Kathy -- who was beyond rude. (I only answered because I thought it might have been someone at the realty company.) She said that she had additional questions for me; I told her that I was running late for an apartment viewing and asked if she could call back in an hour. She responded that she was "trying to run a business here" and bulldozed over me, insisting on speaking with me right then and there. The information that she gave me also didn't match what is on the website. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Run far away and find a clinic where the staff will treat you with dignity and respect. You deserve it.
