One I time I was in there? Some lady came in, thinking she was the Queen of France or something? She thought she was entitled to things because she had a medical card. They kept telling her, "it's legal now, you don't need it!" she said "stop arguing with me! I wan to speak to your maanger, this instant!" (she was one of those types) She held up the line for quite sometime making a lot of noise and a lot of no sense. she kept saying, stop arguing with me! and the manager guy goes, "I promise you I'm not." and the lady goes. "see?" at this point the line started to really build up. As she proceeded to lie on the ground and tantrum about how her medical card gives her, basically free. weed. They suggested she make an appointment come back later, so she could have the one on one and all the time she needs? So the people behind her, could be taken care of. She FREAKS! "An appointment!? an appointmen!? you never said that?" and manager guy goes, "I jus-i just did? what?" and she goes "Stop Arguing with me!!" she then stormed out and promised she'd leave a bad review on yelp! i don't know if she ever did or not? but if you read a negative review about this place? well? if you are also a regular here? Went to Higher Leaf in Kirkland to get some gummies to help me sleep. I asked about getting a…read moremedical card and was given all the things I needed to do - go to a website, pay a fee, have an interview by an MD, follow the instructions, and receive the form from them giving me authorization. And after I received the form, I was told at Higher Leaf, to just bring it in Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 12 to 3. So getting the form worked pretty well, but then when I brought it in to Higher Leaf at 12:00 am on a Monday, they said I needed an appointment. I said " they didn't tell me that" and that I was just to bring the form in M-W-F 12 to 3. They wanted to argue and argue, even the manager just wants to argue and argue and do everything they can to be absolutely unhelpful without giving any suggestions. Horrible customer service. Don't go to this place because if they can't get the Medical card process right, they surely can't get being a reliable supplier right either. I'm convinced that a pretty woman would have gotten in-like-Flint. Avoid Higher Leaf in Kirkland - horrible horrible customer service.

Said employee (white woman, skinny, long brown hair, 40-50yo,) blatantly attempted to place the blame on me for the faulty product I purchased yesterday and refused to exchange the product for a new one. I provided the original receipt, the original packaging, and described how my cartridge broke off onto the battery and you could see where the glue that holds the cart together failed. I purchased both products yesterday. The manager claimed that I must have twisted it onto the battery too hard (I didn't), and her evidence for this was that she could not remove the tiny white piece stuck to the battery with her bare hands. I pointed out that if you used pliers to unscrew it, it would come out (it did when I got home!) but it's obviously tiny and not going to unscrew by just pulling on it with your hands. Then I said I was only asking to exchange the cart. She was trying everything in her power to get me to admit user error and not do the exchange. Then, to prevent having to do the exchange, she pivoted to saying sarcastically, "what are you going to do with just this?!" *holds up cart* implying that a new cart would be of no use to me because I couldn't use it with the battery that had the broken piece stuck in it.... as if it couldn't be possible that I would own more than one battery. By the end of this exchange I was nearly in tears because of the way she was speaking to me. I told her I would be using the replacement cart with a different battery and she finally conceded. I think she had no more room to make things up. This was my second negative experience at an AGT location. Folks, if you don't want to go through this terrible process of being blamed for a faulty product and denied an exchange that followed policy 100%, AVOID. I think it's likely they infrequently follow the return policy, and are likely getting out of doing it by blaming user error. Folks may accept this because it's easier than fighting back, only did I get my return because I defended my case heavily and didn't back down.
