I went into Smoke N Cigar looking for a new piece I could use as a rig. I met a man who I believe was the owner and he was very helpful and friendly! I told him I wanted to go look around to see what was out there, and he commented that I wouldn't find better prices and pieces than what he had to offer- in good spirits. I laughed and told him I'd probably be back and I went and visited 4-5 other smoke shops in the Kirkland area. Sure enough he was right! Once I was back he made sure I had everything necessary without being an overly pressuring salesman. He knew what he was talking about and was generally one step ahead of me in thought, which sadly can't be said for most smoke shop employees and sometimes even bud tenders. He differentiated the use the piece was intentionally meant for- for me dabbing, and asked me if I needed butane, which of course I always forget! ‍He gave me honest advice without trying to upsell me, and even showed me a connecting piece I'd never seen before that connects reclaim! The older gentleman that helped me was so kind and I truly enjoyed my experience at his shop! Whenever I entered the other smoke shops in the area the people barely glanced at me, tried to make conversation, let alone ask me what I needed. I'll definitely be going back to Smoke N Cigar! They overcharged me by almost $50. I bought a box of 10 cigars thinking buying in bulk would give me a discount but instead they still charged the individual price for each cigar. Example is I was charged $170 for a box of 10 that I can find everywhere else for $114. The employee himself was nice but I feel like he knew that I didn't know anything about cigars so he charged whatever since it didn't have a price tag on it. I was looking to replace a piece of an old nectar collector that I broke, and this smoke shop was recommended to me. I took my time browsing, and really enjoyed the quality selection! Zubair was very patient and knowledgeable with my dozens of questions. He made sure I understood everything about the products, and helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted. The piece I needed was smaller than the standard size, and I didn't see what I wanted right away. So I picked out a reclaim collector (It's amazing!) and a new dab tool (I love the purple & rainbow colors). Then, I asked more about the nectar collectors and was shown a nice selection of kits. He had the size I wanted, it was a great price, it came with the piece that I needed, as well as a clamp and an extra one that's metal, so I won't break either of them as easily. Now I have a second nectar collector, and upgraded the rest of my dab supplies too! Once I was ready to check out, it started to get busy. Bought a baton from them on September 6th. That same day it burned a brand new pod and quit working. Tried to return the baton and they told me they can't do that. I was in here today to replace my daily driver piece. Not only did they have an extremely wide selection, even more than most other glass specific shops in the area. Customer service was second to none, helped me to look and allowed me to pick between options. Shitty place they sold me a bong. The person talked so much about how they make it themselves and how they make it good quality and they sell it to others who sell t for double the price. When I went in the store immediately I felt like I was unwelcome. The merchant on duty profiled my friend asking him questions as if he was stealing, then proceeded to get angry when we didn't have cash (it was almost closing time so he already shut down his system). Then as I'm checking out my $14.29 order, I see on the screen $144.39. Which I then pull my card out and ask him why it was so much. He points at his other machine which showed the correct amount. I apologized then he said "it's okay it's because your blonde" which is completely inappropriate. Two days later, I check my account, and he DID post $144.29. I call them immediately and the guy told me to find my receipt and come in. And even after I told him I lived an hour away and probably threw the receipt out, he said "oh well, it wasn't me" And told me he couldn't do anything. This has downright been the worst smoke shop I've ever stepped foot in. Hopefully my bank goes after the clown that I talked to and everyone keeps a really close eye on their money in this shop of thieves. read more

The older gentleman who owns and usually works from open-close every day is so polite and helpful. He's grown his business to include a lot more glass/hookah items too. If I still smoked, it would be worth the extra travel time to see him for my needs. Just a really nice guy who will help you with what you need. Great shop. I went in and got a $150 rig and a nail, they threw in an adapter and reclaim chamber for free. After I got home I saw a small imperfection, so I drove back. Zubair, the friendly guy helping me, replaced it with no questions asked. Again, I went home and the new one leaked. There was no way to know until I put water into it, the glass company messed up. Once again I drove back and he replaced it again. I was in there a lot today, and every customer was treated in a friendly helpful manor. I thought this smoke shop and usual guy who works there were pretty cool until today. When my girlfriend and I went in, he wanted to show us a glow in the dark bong in a room since it was dark in there and not in the front of the shop which was fine. He said we could only go one at a time for "safety" so when it was my girlfriends turn, he touched her breast (nipple to be exact) and proceeded to say "if you ever want something, come here". He is perverted and disgusting. We will never be coming here again and if you're a women, don't be with him alone.
