We started with some breathing and relaxation exercises, then the soundbath began. The leaders play singing bowls and various instruments. It is SO relaxing. The leaders do a great job of explaining what will happen, and then debrief afterwards, AND stay silent during the entire soundbath portion of the experience. It might not be for everyone, but if you are looking for a space in which to relax and let of anxiety, this is a really lovely experience for that.

I have lost 82 pounds since January 2021 (and counting), and they have been with me virtually every step of the way. Whenever I feel like Pluto, their gravitational pull brings me back into their MARs stratosphere. Honestly I base my schedule around their events. Through their hikes, meditations, sound baths and IG Lives, they are motivating and inclusive. Their kindness and compassion shows in everything they do. I am even learning about crystals, gems and astrological signs thanks to them. They all bring something different to the table. Randi's energy is contagious, and she has an innate ability to uplift everyone around her. Melissa is so welcoming and encouraging and can coax a smile out of me no matter what is happening. Bui is so knowledgeable and genuine and adds such a personal touch that I feel I have known her for years. And Anikkah is the best yoga teacher I have ever had and really turned my practice into a passion. I am so grateful for each and every one of them, and I value every moment I spend with them. I sincerely believe they are on the verge of turning into something big. They are talking about adding new events like retreats and personalized events. I honestly cannot wait to see what they have planned next.

Hi, my name is Sarah. I come from a Russian Jewish background and I am also Coptic Orthodox. I've…read morespent most of my life in public schools, but I wanted to share my experience at Aquinas High School. If I'm being completely honest, it was terrible. On my very first day, a male student called me a "fat bitch." The overall culture felt entitled and hypocritical--many people here call themselves "Christians," but their behavior doesn't reflect those values. As someone who values faith deeply, I expected more respect and compassion. Instead, I found students who lacked kindness and basic decency. I believe school should be a place where students can freely share their identity and personal beliefs without fear of ridicule. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Aquinas. I ultimately left and returned to my home public school, and I would never recommend Aquinas to anyone. In my heart, I do believe that sometimes God places people in difficult environments to remind them to lean on Him. Maybe this school is meant for those who don't know Him and need to seek Him out. But for students who already have faith, Aquinas does not provide anything more. A public school or a different private school would be a much better option. Also, I couldn't help but notice they don't have reviews up on Google, which is concerning.

The registration process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated all the classes, resources, and support offered to parents. As a first-time homeschool family, I had so many questions, and the one-on-one guidance we received helped us learn the apps, understand the systems, and get both of my boys comfortably settled in. The teachers my sons had in 4th and 5th grade have been absolutely wonderful. They have been supportive, encouraging, and truly made a difference in our experience. I have also been very impressed with the IEP support. The team reached out early, guided us through the process, and has been incredibly helpful throughout. We felt supported from the beginning. One of my favorite things is the transparency and technology. Parents have real-time access to student calendars, assignments, grades, and progress, which makes it so easy to stay involved and support our children. The materials, technology, communication, and overall support have been outstanding. Most importantly, I've seen such a positive change in both of my boys academically. We are truly grateful for Sage Oak and all they have done for our family.

Whenever you see someone in their element and enjoying themselves it's almost as though you are watching art being created! These teachers have an art of teaching that resonates with the young ones! I am so thankful that we were recommended by another mom to start our children in this school! This is the best program I have found through my research. A brick-and-mortem school is the old way of doing things in my opinion as this virtual learning and homeschooling seems to streamline the experience and waste less time. I tell everyone I know to try this out and every time they end up staying!
