We sent emails after emails / calls after calls once we realized this and he would completely ignore us along with his assistant who I won't name. They wouldn't answer calls from our realtor or respond to our emails - IF they did it was days later they emailed back. There were literally WEEKS before we would hear from him that we can actually post proof of. We did our research and read reviews so we were dumbfounded by the treatment and the situation. What was it about us that caused such carelessness? Why us? We called it a lost and cancelled the purchase agreement losing $2000 on our first ever home buying experience. While we forgive him and have grown stronger from the experience, it's one we will NEVER forget. We now qualify for a home after all the hard honest work and guidance put in by another lender.

Realtors would call over 20 times to get answers on the loan, only to find that it will not work or the company does not know what they are doing. It is a horrible experience. For the new employee. Be careful about who you trust here. Do not let the words "we are a family" fool you. Expect to carry on triple of what you were hired to do. Most things they say will change. There is no structure here, no flexibility, high-cost benefits, and you will be underpaid. I have even heard of a few employees missing money on their paychecks, a very sad thing. Steer clear of this place because no one really knows what's going on. For the current employee. You deserve better, go out there and get a new job.
