I am writing this to warn prospective residents about the extreme lack of professionalism and…read moresafety at this complex. My experience has been defined by predatory lease practices and a total disregard for tenant safety. The management makes it intentionally difficult to vacate your lease, creating hurdles that cost me an additional $1,300 in unnecessary fees. To make matters worse, they are nearly impossible to reach by phone and completely ignore emails regarding move-out logistics. Most alarming is the safety negligence. The building's main door lock was left broken for months despite multiple complaints. This led directly to an attempted break-in at my unit. Even when they finally "fixed" it, the lock was so poorly repaired it took over two minutes to get inside, leaving residents vulnerable in the outside. One time my husband and I got locked outside for over 10 minutes at 10:30 at night. When I formally reached out to express my dissatisfaction with these financial and safety grievances, their response was incredibly dismissive. Management simply replied: "thank you for this information, we hope that you have a great day!" That response tells you everything you need to know about how they value their residents. Save yourself the stress and the money--look elsewhere.

THE GOOD: The only passable part of this establishment are…read morethe maintenance team. They are quick and do a good job. SUMMARY: Management is completely absentee. Do not expect issues to be resolved EVER. Unless the issue is about moving in, they will continuously ignore and ghost you, the front office employee can't even contact anyone and only has the authority to ADD services to your account or take keys upon move-out. Several examples noted below. DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR: Autopay EXPIRES after one year. I have never seen this anywhere else. Elevate will PURPOSELY not notify you until the rent is late and you will be forced to pay the legal maximum late fee. I paid the rent less than 4 hours after receiving my first indication of a problem and they still refused to refund any of the maximum legal late fee they immediately imposed. SCORNFUL MANAGEMENT: In 22 months I have never had a single positive interaction with anyone representing Elevate Living after I moved in. I am STILL being charged the 35$ monthly fee for my poor cat after asking in person, over email. and through the resident help line multiple times EACH. NOBODY can help me. I finally decided that enough is enough. All management had to do was have one (1) modicum of decency and leniency and the ability to respond to concerns of their tenants, but they have shown continuous neglect and SCORN for the people who are just trying to live their lives. BAD FOR MILITARY: As their final sin, despite the standard 30 day notice of vacancy that's accepted everywhere, they require at minimum 60 days notice which appears to specifically abuse those who work at the military base nearby. I pray for the downfall of these slumlords.

My parents have lived in these apartments for 21 years and in that timeframe there haven't been…read moremany alarming issues. That was until today. Summit needs to be more careful of the character of those they hire for their maintenance team or anyone for that matter. Recently, my parents had called maintenance to fix the AC because it was blowing heat. It was fixed. Yet, today, my mother - who has dementia - accidentally had it on heat so they thought the AC was broken again. This is an understandable mixup considering the state of her health and especially since it was just fixed. A new maintenance man showed up to fix the unit and realized it was just on heat. He proceeded to mock and make fun of my elderly mother, who again...has dementia...and he did so within earshot so she heard everything. This is extremely damaging to her and she is devastated. I'm infuriated that more care and consideration has not been done to vet respectful employees and that extension of an apology is all that was offered. If he was reckless and derogatory this way in their home, he certainly will be that way in other homes. He felt extremely comfortable to be unprofessional and disgusting when he felt no one was watching. He needs to be fired. Period. This reflects poorly on the brand and has been extremely damaging to my mother and her current state. Neither of my parents deserves to be subjected to treatment this way, especially after being loyal residents for over 20 years. In fact, no resident should be subjected to this kind of treatment at all. An apology is not sufficient. If this man isn't removed it really reflects on the true character, nature and brand of this rental property. Unacceptable. If you're looking for a respectful property where you will be treated with dignity, maybe looking elsewhere might be a good idea.

I can't express the joy that has come in knowing I found the exact apartment community and apartment that I was looking for! I couldn't imagine a better value in town than what I was blessed to receive. The community's amenities are off the charts....salt water swimming pool, exercise room, game room, an awesome clubhouse, and community events regularly going on....it feels more like a resort than an apartment complex! On top of that....a really cool staff to work with...especially Alison! She makes working with management super easy! Then the apartment itself....I have to say I was blown away by the quality of the apartment....freshly painted and carpet looks brand new and the whole apartment overall being in great shape with a great layout. It totally exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more happy to be apart of the Tuscany Apartment Community! I recommend this to anyone looking for a fresh start with a lot of chance for social interaction. It was exactly what I needed!

There are two lovely office employees, but there is one who works in the office who is snotty. They were horrible when trying to deal with noise complaints. I would highly recommend skipping this apartment complex!!!!

If you like potholes, the smell of weed & cigs, mold problems, overpriced apartments & horrid trash…read moresystem management, this is the place for you! They list it as "luxury apartments/property" but it's not close. The apartment lay out is decent, but for example the showers are too close to the wall & there's almost always a mold problem in mine & other neighbors units. They don't change air filters & don't bother asking them to either, they won't come or fail to even answer any maintenance requests. The front office staff use to be decent & helpful, now there's a whole new property management & some are very rude & have a constant attitude. They claim the place to be "non smoking" but never enforce anything. They'll just send a "reminder email" that it's non smoking & to follow their policies. Also the compactor for their trash is always broken, someone is always breaking it down & the trash just piles up outside of it like it's some kind of wasteland. Don't get me started on the potholes, you will need new tires periodically due to how atrocious they are. They're all over & they claim to have "filed an insurance claim to fix the issue" but nothing has been done & that was about 4-5 months ago. Their pet fees are also ridiculous. You have to pay $300 to even have the pet & on top of that $35 dollars a month extra for pet rent. These people are leeches who are just trying to suck any extra money out of you that they can. I've lived here for over 2 years now & I cannot wait to get the hell out. Would rate lower if possible.
