He arrived promptly the next morning and I'm glad I agreed to it. He was very thorough in identifying needed repair work and his estimate was very competitive. I hired him to do the work and got a place on his schedule. They weren't able to start work on the day scheduled because significant rain for a few weeks in a row had put them behind. Once they started work it was a wonderful experience. His team was very experienced, diligent, and highly skilled. They did an excellent job. However, I did provide positive reviews in good faith that I now deeply regret. I recommended Alex & Trimelogic to my sister, S. Nash, who has put her own very negative review on this forum. I feel as if I facilitated her terrible experience with this recommendation. I'll not repeat her woes, as you can read her review for details. But this was very painful. Additionally, by providing drawings for Alex for other project (fully independent of his company), I've been pulled into the mud by any association with him. Hi P has publicly defamed me as a scam in his review of July 10, 2026; however in a telephone conversaiton with him this morning I confirmed my current opinion of this company and deep regret for the prior references I gave (though well intentioned at the time). Additionally, as I did work for Alex to provide plans for some other projects (including Hi P's house), I have not been paid for my work by Alex. I don't expect to ever see that money, but that's nothing compared to the damage to my reputation and guilt by association.

We hired this company to paint the entire interior of our home, a large and expensive project that…read morewe entrusted to professionals. Within weeks, their work began failing in multiple areas -- most notably in the bathrooms -- and it has only continued to deteriorate. As shown in the photos, the paint is actively peeling, cracking, and separating from the surface along ceilings, corners, and flat wall planes. This is not normal wear, and it is not minor touch-up territory. Entire sections of paint are lifting and flaking off. When we first raised concerns about the secondary bathroom shortly after moving in, their representative dismissed the issue as a "ventilation problem," despite the fact that there were no issues before the repaint and this occurred during summer months. They doubled down on this explanation by claiming the master bathroom would not have the same problem due to its size. That explanation quickly collapsed when the master bathroom -- which is very large and has vaulted ceilings -- developed the same cracking and peeling within a month. This clearly points to incorrect paint selection and/or improper surface preparation, particularly a failure to use bathroom-appropriate, moisture-resistant products. At no point were we advised on paint suitability for bathrooms -- something any competent professional painter should proactively address. We used "premium" paint, yet premium paint applied incorrectly or in the wrong environment still fails, which is exactly what happened here. Equally concerning is the lack of accountability. Despite the amount we had just spent, and despite our willingness to pay to resolve the issue correctly, the company made no meaningful effort to fix their work. Beyond the bathrooms, there are additional quality issues throughout the home: visible cracking along ceiling seams, paint splitting along non-corner joints, and unfinished details. Notably, the kitchen baseboards were never painted, with the explanation that they were "part of the cabinets," which is plainly inaccurate and visible in person. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The workmanship does not meet professional standards, and the refusal to stand behind the work is even more troubling. Based on both the quality of the results and the response when problems arose, I would not recommend this company to anyone investing serious money into their home.

Zion, our project manager, gave great recommendations and kept up with the project in person every day. The crew chief Armando also gave honest recommendations for what to paint/not paint and came to demonstrate all of the possible colors before the project started. Additionally, they were able to give an extremely competitive estimate, and throughout the project gave estimates for additional work we requested. They even talked us out of work that we could have done but were not recommended when they could have just done it and charged us. Payment was easy - credit card or debit card option possible. Definitely recommend working with them if you have an interior project!
