Someone had taken our lock off and put a completely different one on there. Linda got on the phone with HR to see how to handle our issue. They explained the steps to her on how this should be handled just in case we needed to file a police report if we had any items missing. The person that normally cuts the locks off wasn't there, but she didn't want us to wait for him to get back and wanted to help us resolve this. She was fast, professional, genuine, kind, and very helpful. She was able to cut off the old lock so we could put a new one on. Her management and customer service skills are far above the ordinary. Thankfully, nothing was missing from our unit and we did not need to file a police report. We have been customers there since 2016 and this is the first issue we've had. Thank you Linda!!

It had been at least a year, possibly more, that we had last been in the unit. When we arrived Sunday, we realized our key did not fit the lock and that the lock was a different make, than what we had. We got the manager to cut the lock for us and when we opened the door, we realized things had been taken. We actually found our old lock inside the unit and yes, our key did fit our lock. IT HAD NOT BEEN CUT OPEN. We will be emptying our unit because we no longer have confidence in the Security here.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Yucaipa location. We were only there for a few…read moremonths before finding a home, but the entire process--from securing the unit and touring our options to accessing the facility--was seamless. The property is very well maintained, and the team is extremely friendly. We really appreciated the quality customer service. The move-in deals were awesome and beat out other local options. Even after the special ended, the regular price for our unit was very reasonable. We had been paying twice as much at a different storage company in Redlands that wasn't as clean or well-managed. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely store our belongings there again. We felt confident that our items were safe, clean, and stored at a great price for the size of our unit.

I am continually being mistreated by management at this facility. He will not return emails…read morerequesting assistance nor will he do anything to help when I walk in the office. I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either. Would love to get this all resolved amicably before I get another month of fees here.
