!!! My RV was just stolen off the lot because thieves cut through the back fence. The storage company KNEW the fence had been breached - AND NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY RV HAD BEEN STOLEN!!!!!!! They had video footage of thieves breaking in. The sheriff could have caught them in the next 2 days if I had known, but I had to discover the theft MYSELF! This company (the name "Secure Storage" is a total joke) claims it is making improvements now, but if anything goes wrong in the future, they are under NO obligation to take proactive steps to help their customers. The sheriff's deputy taking my report told me himself that he can't believe anyone would store their RV in this place because the owners don't give a damn. After going round-and-round with the manager as to why I never received a courtesy call regarding the theft, I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THE DEPUTY. !!!! read more

DON'T RENT!! This place should be called UN Secured Storage!! Massive RV losses due to theft! Last year the cameras were broke and manager John had no rational why when the police investigated!! He and his boss assure they were getting 24 hour security protection and all would be good. Guess what.....this year (April 23) I went to get my RV out and Catalytic converts had been cut off! Robert just says sorry we are not responsible! Robert also called me last year and moved me out even though the RV was still in its spot and I had never called! The guy who manages the place is a complete incompetent. This place is located next to the wash and is a easy place to break into, locks don't stop the thieves, they cut a pry open while Robert sleeps! I've spent over 12k in rent and I have over 9k in damage and theft. HEAR ME, DON'T RENT FROM UNSECURE STORAGE! read more

The facility was ok i heard from others while we were there of several thefts at the facility up to including entire trailers being taken. Also, there is a lack of management to help identify possible thefts with their security cameras . The real theft, is there increase in rates. Three years ago we started with a rate of $187 per month. The last increase in December 2023 the rates had gone up to$351 per month. Which is over a 9% increase for just the last six months. Be aware they increase rates every six months The increases over three years was 187% with no kind of upgrades to the facility. I would like to find a place where I could get 18% interest on my money for this past year. We're gone now and have no intention of ever going back. read more

MAKE SURE YOU NEED an UN-SECURE, as other renters have said,, vandals stole our Catalytic converter !!! Owners say it's NOT their problem, Not responsible for damage or theft . My experience is the same as Ruben A. RV was parked at Not So Secure RV for 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up for a holiday trip, found someone had borrowed the catalytic converter. I called call center and was eventually called back by site manager. I told him what happened and asked if they could prorate the monthly rent or anything to right this $5,000+ issue. Manager was sure about one thing and that is the facility is "self storage" and they're not responsible for anything. Manager said he reviewed the video and nothing was captured. I first moved in October 2022. Within three weeks my RV was vandalize. I tried reporting to John and it took several weeks to get a response from him. I left several messages to the call center about my problem but John indicated he never recieved the message. I also asked John to review any video that may have captured the crime on video and he never called me back to indicate anything. So i had no choice but to leave. I do realize that I park at my own risk, but I also have learned that this location does not monitor or secure your property. Buyer beware!!!!!! read more

After calling many storage facilities with no luck, I was pleasantly surprised when John at the Highland store said he had some. We went down, checked in, got our spot however it was a little short. I called John, told him of our situation and he checked it out and was able to give us another. He was very patient and understanding. read more

Secure storage. Not really. Had my RV stolen from this location sometime between April and mid June. They told me they would review the security cameras from the last 30 days. Only had 17 days of recordings. Unless you visit your RV every two weeks, good luck storing it here. read more

Just started a membership with Secure RV & Self Storage. Service was great and easy check in. Got my code right away with a great price. Was able to bring my trailer same day. Using covered parking. Location has ice, clean water, waste dump and is monitored 24/7. read more

The rent keep going up every so many months , it started at$100 and went up to $180 in two years

Nice place, staff very knowledgeable & helpful. New asphalt & storage lot is moderately secured & clean.

Our travel trailer was stored at this facility. We went to pick it up and the trailer had been stolen from inside the storage. They said they would check security video which went back 30 days. Then, they said they could only find 17 days worth of video and our trailer was not on the video. read more

This is in response to the posting on January 9, 2018 by the manager. She states no notice was given to the customer service office in writing. I went into the customer service office and told the lady at the desk I intended to move my RV out of storage. She told me a verbal notice was unacceptable, so I asked for a piece of paper, wrote my notice in front of a gentleman in the office and handed it to the lady that I assumed was the manager on duty. Later I was told that the person I handed my notice to was no longer with Secure Storage, so she may have failed to submit my notice to the proper authorities but it was submitted. Somehow Secure Storage also has an accounting problem. The credit card company recharged me for the month of October and I paid the charge on my Southwest Visa card on 11/15/17. read more

Tried to reserve a uhaul at this place. Had a pick up time an hour before they we're supposed to close. No one there when I arrived on time to get my uhaul. Called, no answer. Even called the "after hours line". No answer. This place is a complete waste of time. I even left multiple messages. No return phone call. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. read more

On September 1, 2017 we stored our RV at the Secure Storage - Highland facility. We've stored our RV there several times and felt our RV was in a very safe place and agreed to AutoPay. On October 13 I went into the office to tell the manager we were leaving the end of October. She told me I had to put my notice in writing so I did and gave it to her. We removed our RV on October 27. Even though they had my written notice of vacating, they charged me for November and then they charged me for December. I had to call my credit card company and block them from continuing their charges. They kept on sending me emails stating I owed them money. My email response was that I had vacated my spot on October 27. Their manager called me and told me the former manager was no longer with their company and I thought he understood that I was no longer their customer and that attempts for collection should cease. I sent them an email showing they received payment from my credit card company for the entire time my unit was in storage at their facility. Yesterday, December 11, 2017 I received an email stating my account is past due and that late fees were applied. They say my balance is $743.50. I believe their accountant and manager are incompetent. Don't ever agree to AutoPay at this facility. read more
