Arrived to the location at 2pm it was closed and no one was here. Tried calling and they said they would be back from lunch at 2:30pm. Came back again at 2:30pm still closed. Waited until 3pm and STILL NOTHING. Had a reservation and everything was already paid for and I took the day off from work to do this and drove OVER AN HOUR TO GET HERE. I was injured pretty badly in a not at fault car accident on 02/02/2025 and my life was turned upside down. My car was totaled and I sustained numerous serious injuries ( whiplash, torn ac in my left arm , 3 herniated disc in my lower back , sprained wrist and I still am unable to move my neck completely . I solely support myself & my grown autistic daughter on my income as a delivery driver but due to my injuries I've been out of work since the day of the accident. Add the headaches of dealing with my lawyer, insurance companies ,medical bills , rent , food and all other living expenses and the anxiety of trying to hold off losing everything while I patiently wait for my lawyers to bring this nightmare to an end . My credit score has plummeted from 690 to 540. I'm living on my savings which are all but gone . I've lost over $10,000 in wages and with all this going on I'm trying to maintain the payments on my storage. I can't lose my storage because my whole life is in there , my children's childhood memories and pretty much everything I have left after we moved to a small 2 bedroom with my mom & stepfather. Before this accident happened me and my daughter were about to move to Texas to be with my oldest daughter and grand babies that I miss terribly. The reason I'm telling all my private business isnt to get pity but to show others who may be considering storing their possessions here to expect rude staff who have no compassion. I explained my circumstances to the management and pleaded with them for an extension so my things won't be auctioned but they refused. I'm doing the best I can. I paid Feb & March but fell behind this month and last month. I scraped together the amount I was behind and called them today but was greeted rudely. I also was informed I'm now locked out and their in the process of auctioning my sole possessions without any notice . As of yesterday the charge was $275 and I explained I just barely managed to get that much today. She informs me as of midnight the charge went up $150 and they cut the locks to my storage. No notice but an email that they sent at approx 3 pm yesterday that I just found in my spam folder. I explained to her I can't afford the added fee and had know idea they had sent an email. Neither could I find any phone calls from them informing me of this. I agree it's my fault I didn't tell them much sooner but my life has been focused on pretty much surviving & recuperating after the accident. I asked to please remove the added $150 put they refused. I asked if I could pay what I owe 275 because its all I have honestly. I let them know I can't move out because I have no transportation or means to move until this case settles which my lawyers tell me should be end of June or beginning of July . The lady just rudely spoke over me & ignored what I was saying and insisted I have to pay the $275 + 150 now. I don't have $425 I told her. She said I had two options pay $425 or I have to move out in 3 days. I told her I'm good for the money and I'm waiting for my settlement. She refused to listen to me. She just cut me off so I asked to talk to her supervisor Olivia I think she said but haven't heard back yet. I was hesitant from the beginning to store my things here from the beginning because the day I moved in I noticed how filthy the storage units & ground was . I also noticed people hanging around inside the gates not storing anything but just parked there for hours. I wanted to change my mind but was already locked in to this storage facility. Nothing felt right about this place but had no choice at the time being I had limited funds to change to another. I'm writing all this as a warning for potential customers looking to store your valuables & precious things here to please think twice. The rates are high , the units are less than satisfactory, shady element hanging around and the staff are rude & not transparent or flexible. Thanks for listening. Update as of 6/9/2025 : I sent an email to the web address and still haven't heard anything. The corporate email is also invalid . They are crooks don't be fooled. All my priceless memories and my father's ashes will be auctioned on 06/25/2025. I have offered to pay what I can and the rest in 30 days but they have refused. No one has responded as they said at the email address they included in their response. They want $569 ( 150 ) lock out fee 100 in late payments. The most I can scrap up is $ 300 now and in 30 days the rest but they refuse to work with me. Please don't go to this storage facility. They will only threaten & lie. Update 06/20/2025 : No one will respond to the CustomerCare email so don't bother. I tried. They only say to email them at that address but it's only to save face. I received no response and they have continued to threaten and harass me. I've lost enough. read more

Was there for 6 months rent went up $60 with a 2 week notice and I still stayed and finally left in December at the end of the month and gave my keys January 3rd. I called twice once in the beginning to get into and once when I was ready to move out at the end of the month because they only give you 48 hours and I wasn't gonna do it it the beginning of December because I just paid and wanted to get my moneys worth. I called again at the end of the month to move out and then gave my keys back December 3rd. They ended up charging me for the month and I called to ask why they charged me since I moved out and they said I didn't give a proper notice when I did. They said everything is logged but every time I talk to them theirs always "errors in there system" even when I dropped off my key their was errors and the manager had to write it down on paper. I called rn and talked to Delia who's a store manager she was rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me. I was asking why and if it was an error and explaining because the amount of money they took for me not being there and knowing it could be an error is ridiculous. I understand being old and this job being your life might make you miserable but no need to take it out on customers who paid on time and where loyal and take my hard earned money. Especially when I calll very concerned trying to get answers. Basically got robbed for my money by her and treated like garbage since I left. Would not reccomend this storage facility at all not only will they randomly raise the price by a lot you'll get treated like this and get your money taken by Delia with no explanation. read more

When I arrived I was greeted by "Delia" she went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns and needs were taken care of, she also gave me a tour of the facility and informed me about all of the updated security features the location has to offer giving me reassurance about choosing securespace!
