Staffing has extremely poor communication among each other and even with pre-tenants. Firstly, I was told it would be a 12 month lease by Brittany; and was told by Erwin that regardless of what I enter on their housing application online, they would manually correct it for me to be 12 months. Not true, they waited until I paid my security deposit and then gave me the official lease for 15 months. Then I was told that the previous 12 months option had ended. Secondly, I was told by Erwin that I would be living with my housemate, and in order to do so, we needed to pick the premium option (which is much more expensive that the other options). However, after submitting the application and upon talking further with Brittany, it seems that the option is no longer available. We won't be able to live together for the first few months and we're still going to pay premium pricing. To top it off, I was referred to talk with the manager Chyna tomorrow because she's out right now, so our conversation ended. This place is INVESTED with bugs I have woke up numerous times to bugs crawling in my bed on my walls they don't do anything about the situation. Bugs come out of my sink in the kitchen all times throughout the day. The leasing office are far from professional and they are also racist they require you to make 3x the rent but the people working in the leasing office don't even make 3x the rent. The leasing office people and maintenance smoke and drink on the clock and the maintenance flirts with the 18 year old tenants. I also heard one was fired recently due to inappropriate acts to a female tenant. But of course they are going to try to cover it up. read more

From start to finish, my experience at Highlander North Campus was awful. First, they'll steal your deposit, plain and simple. You move in expecting a clean, functional space, but instead, you're met with broken furniture and a filthy apartment that's clearly not up to any reasonable living standard. They don't even bother to uphold basic cleanliness or maintenance for new tenants, yet expect you to leave the place spotless when you move out. The move-out process itself is a scam. They'll go out of their way to find the most trivial reasons to slap you with move-out fees, taking advantage of students and residents by squeezing every penny they can. They demand a "professionally cleaned" apartment upon move-out, which would be understandable if they had held themselves to that standard in the first place. Stay away for Highlander at North Campus ! I have rented a room from Highlander at North Campus that share with 4 students. One student is crazy (maybe autistic) and bangs on the table at 6am every day, and the other student has a Chikwawa dog that barks non-stop. As a result, I do not stay there most of the time since the place is not habitable and i stay with my friends (I just pay the rent). I have asked to move me to another room but they have refused to do so with reason there is no availability (really having thousand rooms?) I also asked for breaking the lease but they refuse to do so and they want the full years lease to be paid. I will make a complain to BBB in addition to The Fair Housing Council of Riverside County. read more

After dealing with them on the phone today I definitely had too write a review. I see now why they have mostly poor reviews. Never read their reviews until today. My son been here since July of 2022. Although he have had issue with maintenance, bugs and other things not once have I ever gotten involve. My son lease is supposed to renew August 24 2024 because he is attending a new school and the distance is very costly to Uber back and forth so he have to find a new housing arrangement. Because he signed a lease in December to renew his lease in August this place really want to hold him responsible even though it's not effective until the 24th. I was trying to to talk to the office and the rep that picks up kept saying the property manager is in a meeting, than she said they have an event right after the meeting so she wouldn't be able to get back to us until tomorrow, I asked for the property manager email several of times since the rep said she would be busy. she refused to provide me with the email. we in Florida so I said do I have to fly to get to get this address than that became a problem she told the property manager that I threaten her!! seriously in no shape or form I made a threat but simply stated that do I have to fly in order for this matter to be addressed. When I finally spoke to the office manager she too was giving us the run around not answering no question directly. when she told me that my son have to turn in the key before the 24 but will be responsible for the rent until the unit is rented out. I told her I have to get an attorney to look into that because I don't want my son in collection she took it as I threaten her smh. We have paid his rent on time through auto pay never been late since 2022 and you want my son to keep paying on a place he wouldn't be in and the lease is not even effective until the 24th of the month Yes I went completely off after their claim of threats when I didn't even threaten them at all. Their communication sucks and its no way a property manager don't have an email or is in a meeting every time someone wants to talk too her. There is trash everywhere and the hauls smell awful. Elevator has been needing repairs since I moved in during Fall Quarter. Management is beyond rude and disrespectful. Services take a while to process and appliances all have weak/ broken quality. The whole place is a headache. The only nice bit is how big the rooms are. Highlander at North Campus is a great student housing option because of its friendly staff. They have fun events and are always available. The apartments are big and the water, heater, and electricity are always working. I find myself using the amenities such as the gym, basketball court, and study rooms on a daily basis. Le sigh. Personally, I didn't think the situation could have gotten any worse. I have never been more incorrect in my life. So, let's start with the random move-out day and time. The leases for Highlander at North Campus end AUGUST 23RD @ 12PM. Despite this fact, you are made to pay rent for the entire month. There are 31 days in the month of August, yet you are only allowed to stay in the unit for 22. That leaves EIGHT fulls days that Highlander at North Campus refuses too prorate. This practice is really quite questionable because it means that Highlander at North Campus is pocketing the remaining amount of the rent. 31 days/$1729 for a studio = $55.77 daily 31 days/$1139 for a private 2x2 standard = $36.74 daily 31 days/$1189 for a private 2x2 "premium". (In quotatations because there is literally NOTHING premium about this place.) $38.35 daily Even if only 100 students are moving out, that's a large sum of money Highlander at North Campus stands to profit. You may say, we'll the complex needs time to clean the apartments for the new tenants. ESPECIALLY with a second virus going around. NOPE. Highlander at North Campus sends cleaning instructions and then leaves to it the occupants to have the apartment inspected EVEN THOUGH it states in the lease "Resident will be charged a minimum of 1 hour cleaning, and the basic carpet cleaning charge for their room upon move out." I now understand the state of my apartment when I originally moved in. It had never been cleaned because the apartment assumed the prior occupants would follow the move-out cleaning instructions. (See pictures) Can we talk about QUESTIONABLE AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES. These units aren't cleaned. And that is especially dangerous sense every day there is another archaic disease that's joining the pandemics we're already dealing with. IF you choose to move here MAKE SURE THEY BOMB your unit because there is an on-going issue with roaches. No doubt due to the complacency in holding tenants who leave their trash out over the weekends. In my ENTIRE life I have never seen a roach yet, I see them now. I don't even keep food waste in my trash can or food out, yet there are in my apartment. Which is...to put mildly TERRIFYING. Back to the arbitrary move out date. Since the majority of leases end and begin on the first of the month, there's a good chance you'll have to find someplace to leave for those eight days. IF by chance you choose to stay in the apartment where you've paid a full month's rent until the end of the month, you'll be charged an ADDITIONAL $500 AND any where from $200 a day to three (3) times the daily pro-rated housing charges. UCR needs to keep a list of questionable housing choices in the area and Highlander at North Campus needs to be at the very top. read more

The maintenance team is friendly and gets the job done in 1-2 days. you have people on call 24/7 be it for Internet, Water, AC or whatever the need arises. The only drawback is the front desk, they're the most irritating narcissistic people you could ever meet. They're always rude and lie about a lot of things. Once they finally came for a request for an issue that hadn't been addressed for 3 weeks, they told us management stopped fixing that part and we won't be able to use our ice maker. You can call the office during their business hours but they won't pick up the phone. They lied about having working gates and security. Homeless people roam through and so do drug dealers. Came home to find a dealer waiting in my parking spot. Trash lines the hallways. Trap cars blast music at all hours of the night and early morning. Elevator smells like vomit or weed. Yeah... don't live here more than a year. I had to pay security deposit for EVERY year for the 3 years I stayed here yet they only show 1 year of seucirty deposit when they are "refunding" my money. I ended getting charged $900 for carpet and "cleaning" though my room was cleaned thoroughly before I moved out. Can you explain why you only show 1 years of security deposit yet I had to pay EVERy year for security deposit? Yea this place is definitely predatory when it comes to fees. This is robbery Here's the math: $350 year for 3 years= $1050. Yet they only show $350 as my security deposit. Where do I even begin? The staff was okay at first but now that I am dealing with the move-out fees I seriously give it a zero star. I moved in to do a summer school at the nearby UCR and I thought this would be a smooth process. Oh boy, I was wrong. The room I walked into looked like a backroom storage room of Costco without any lights and stuff just everywhere. The entire common area was disgusting and you couldn't even sit down anywhere near it. When I moved in, I noticed that there was a brown stain in the carpet but didn't think much of it, and at least the bathroom and room itself looked away. I only stayed for 5 weeks, yet I paid for 2 months of rent there which was okay. But now that I have moved out on July 26th and got my move-out fees, they are trying to charge me $600. 600 dollars, let me say that again. They are claiming 1/5 roommate split costs, which is fair, but they want me to pay for carpet replacement, wall repainting, and bathroom remodeling, because of the damages that I did. I didn't do any damages and I had nothing to do with any preexisting damages. Terrible place, and if you want your money to go down the toilet, here is the perfect place. They also withheld my deposit, and it is because of "not liable" even though I have documented everything and made the pre-inspection move-in clear, and have phone call records of telling them this is what I saw when I moved in. Yet because I signed this lease as a "take-over" and moved in "as is", it seems that they are adamant on wanting me to pay for this crap that I didn't do. Nobody understands my side of the story. Scummy and scam place. Instead of receiving my deposit back, no I need to pay THEM $600. I see a lot of extreme reviews so this review is meant to be as unbiased as possible. Based only on my experiences during the ~3 yrs I lived here. I'm trying to cover the majority of topics I read in other reviews and more. Maintenance Was a whirlwind. I moved into a bathroom that had no light in the ceiling, just a hole in the ceiling. There were other things that needed attention such as the amount the bedframe was squeeking (people on the other side of the wall complained about it). I had to push for it, but they all got addressed within the first ~6 months. With that said, the maintenance team has changed. The maintenance team in my first year was horrible. They would not do anything, but mark it as done in the system (sometimes they said their reasoning was because they ordered the part needed for the repair, but then they wouldn't do the repair unless I put in another maintenance request. Sometimes I had to talk to the front office to get them to do their job.). The current maintenance team is much more prompt and will try before marking it as done in the system. With that said, there was one thing (non-working dishwasher) that took multiple people in my unit to complain to the front office to, over a period of ~1 year, for the current maintenance team to finally fix it. Front office staff They generally do their job fine. With that said, it's also pretty obvious they don't care about you (generally they don't even appear happy). The only issue I had with them is related to maintenance - I found myself needing to provide my bedroom keys for the office to make copies multiple times. The reasoning/communication was always the same - I had put in a maintenance request and the maintenance team had probably lost my keys. Pests Depends on who you live with. My first year a housemate had a dog and would put the pee-ridden pads in a trash can in the common area. It made the common area smell bad and attracted flies and roaches. The messy people leave, no pests. AC My unit's AC was always fine. Homeless Are there, yes. They were more prominent when I first moved in. When they stepped up their security, things got a bit better. However, there is still homeless people who dig through the trash cans and recycling bins, and you will see homeless people in the parking garage. False Advertising: Two things are falsely advertised. 1) The model rooms have wooden floors, but the first floor units have concrete for their floors (common areas and bathrooms). Only the bedroom has carpeting. This was a frustration, at the very least, for all tenants that ever moved in while I was there. 2) They mention the types of parking. They do not mention that if you choose a designated parking spot, it doesn't guarantee the spot will be near your building. I knew somebody who paid extra for a designated spot, but her parking spot was on the other side of the buildings/property. My pet peeves when living there: Mail/packages. At first everything was fine, but then mail and packages started having issues. There were multiple times when the package room became unavailable and we'd have to get our packages from the office during their business hours. But my schedule made that very difficult as I worked all day - I often had to leave work early to get my packages. For mail, various things happened including my mailbox not functioning twice while I lived there. But my biggest pet peeve was how slow mail was delivered. For some reason, the more important mail from banks can take up to a month to get delivered (sometimes longer). I know this is not just me as I heard the same from others. I talked to the office but they blame USPS and not themselves. For these reasons, I had my packages delivered to a friend after a certain point. In summary: This was way below my expectations for any apartment. But what kept me there was telling myself that I'm not there for life. read more

Do not get fooled by this horrible apartment complex. We 100% experienced a bait and switch situation where they showed us a beautiful model apartment and then moved my son into a roach infested apartment. The communication with the complex is horrible. They moved my son into an apartment That was already lived in by three other roommates and had him do a lease takeover without notifying us until move-in day. When we arrived to the apartment it was filthy and the room he was moving into wasn't even cleaned prior to his arrival. They informed us that they were not able to enter the room because it was a lease takeover. The mattress was not cleaned in between the carpet was black with dirt the bathroom was filthy from somebody else's funk. They didn't do anything to rectify the issue and actually tried to charge us to clean the carpet. People who work in the apartment complex come in and out of the apartment unannounced. The roach situation in this complex is absolutely disgusting. There were roaches in the stove the oven the microwave the refrigerator on top of the cabinets inside the cabinets inside the pantry inside the bathrooms and the bedroom. The complex mandates who can come in and out of the complex and charged my son a fine for having one of his football teammates at his apartment who they apparently did not approve of. The management in the office is terrible. They run you around in circles and never give you a straight answer or rectify any problems, and there are plenty of them. The amount of rent that they charge for what they are offering is not justifiable. We moved out of our apartment early because my son transferred schools. They claimed that they would assist in finding a sublease for us but we never heard from them again. We paid eight months of rent without living there and after the lease was terminated, They are now trying to charge us another $130 after they just received almost $10,000 from us in rent when we never lived there. This place is disgusting and not a place I would ever feel safe and comfortable dropping my kid off at again. read more

Woke up this morning to find out my own car has been towed even though I parked in my OWN parking space that I PAID FOR the past 3 years. I literally removed the parking sticker for one night due to visiting a friend at a different apartment complex and Highlander decided to be a predatory apartment complex and have their towing company get my car. How the fuck does this happen? I literally paid for the parking spot that you towed my car from, the car is even listed in their system as my car. They knew its my car and they still towed it, knowing they can make money off of unsuspecting college students. This morning I tried to confront the office people about this situation and how I can't afford a tow at this moment since I will be struggling to pay rent, they literally said "Sorry, you're going to have to talk to the towing company" as if they had nothing to do with me and didn't want to even bother about my situation. They literally don't care about anything you tell them, they'll always find a way to divert the problem to some agency that will go ahead and ignore you too or charge you and ignore you. This apartment complex is always dirty, has homeless people walking in and out, has homeless people living in the stairways inside the complex, they tow your car at every chance they get and say all of that isn't their problem. There's always trash in the hallways and when you tell management about it, they don't try to fix any of it until the next years residents are about to move in. Honestly, I wish I had a microphone to tell all new prospective residents coming, here that this place is a trap. Cheap rent here is just a facade for the this management to make money by towing services to people who live here. Trust me, this place is terrible and the management here actually don't have souls. I'll continue to add to this list as I get closer to moving out of this shitter. The office staff does everything they can do in their power (obviously some renters don't understand what working in a corporation is like). My son is a student at UC Riverside, CA. He is renting an apartment at Highlander at North Campus 3080 Iowa Ave, Riverside, CA 92507. During Covid19 pandemic this Highlander Apartment Rental Agency at North Campus in Riverside, CA is greedy. The owner and the management know that there is a Covid19 pandemic and the UC Riverside campus is shutdown but would not cancel nor void the lease or rental agreement of the students. The company and the Highlander at North Campus management in spite of Covid19 pandemic still charge the students for their monthly rent even though those students are back home taking classes online for the school year because of Covid19 pandemic. According to my son, they had circulated and signed a petition asking the Highlander at North Campus Apartment Rental Agency to void their lease agreement because of Covid19 pandemic but to no avail. This Covid19 pandemic and UC Riverside campus shut down are not caused by the students. This Covid19 pandemic is an act of nature and the students do not have control of the situations and it consequences. Highlander at North Campus Riverside, CA owner and manager should be considerate and responsible enough to assist the students and the financial problem of their family on this time of crisis. The Highlander at North Campus lease or rental agreement with the students should have been voided and refunded the collected rental money that was collected when student was not staying at the apartment during Covid19 pandemic. If you are a student or a parent looking for housing because of going to One of the colleges, please do not look into Highlander! For the poor students leaving home to live on their own for the first time I reiterate (DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE) And if you have to make sure you take LOTS of pictures of your room before you move in. First let me start by saying that the decorated room they show you in the beginning (IS NOT) the type of room you will get. The staff are mainly kids that have no clue what they are doing. The furniture that they provided is very cheap and broken down so that once you leave they blame you for it and place false charges on your account that you can not dispute unless you get a attorney. The staff (especially) Erwin Perez, dude with little man syndrome can't be more then 24 years old is arrogant and unprofessional. The apartments charge you last months rent but only let you stay 23 days. And if you do not leave by that day they charge you $500 the first day and $200 every day after. They even started harassing my sons old roommates because they didn't believe that my son had moved out even though he turned in the key to his bedroom and front door. They kept randomly walking into the apartment (Without a 24 hour notice needed BY LAW) And because these kids are on their own for the first time they don't know how to speak up or report things. After removing his belongings from the apartment without his knowledge locked them in a closet and would not let him pick them up. When he went to the leasing office to ask if he could have a key to get his things he was confronted by "a Karen" Who proceeds to hold her cell phone camera in his face and tell him that he can not pick up his belongings. This whole experience has been outrageous and I am shocked that more parents and students haven't stood up and sued this place. The living quarters are filthy the hallways stay filthy with trash and flies and dirt everywhere but they Have the nerve to nickel and dime everyone. Another one of my regrets is not checking the yelp reviews before moving my son in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! This apartment complex is significantly high in price compared to the rest of the housing market in the Riverside area, especially near UC Riverside, Riverside Community College, and Cal Baptist University. The apartments come fully furnished, so I thought paying the high price for rent was worth it. Boy, was I wrong on that. Let me keep this part of the review short by saying, DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THE FULLY-FURNISHED AMENITY OF THIS APARTMENT. The furniture is cheap, and the boxspring mattress that comes with the room is so uncomfortable, you will spend additional money on a mattress topper anyways. I highly suggest you lease at a different apartment or house (at almost 50% the price of this complex) and buy your own furniture. It will save you more money in the long run. Also, the walls in the apartment are SO THIN. Everyone can hear virtually everything going on in the apartment (from eating, typing, washing dishes, even whispering), despite having their own rooms. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. The exterior of the complex is well-kept for the most part, but the problems start once you step into the hallways. There were always coffee spills, vomit, or urine in the hallways of the buildings that would go weeks before being cleaned up. Utterly disgusting. The same goes for the elevator and staircase. There's nothing like coming home from a long day on campus, eager to get in the comfort of your own apartment. But before you do that, you must pass through elevators, staircases, and hallways that REEK of pee (from homeless or drunk residents), spilled coffee, and other liquids! Let me also add the fact that there are always homeless people finding their way into the buildings and sleeping in the stairwell, hallways, and even in the elevator! My roommate went to get something in his car at 1 AM and found a homeless person sleeping in the elevator. So much for security patrolling the area and the gates requiring key fobs for entrance. The security gate in the parking lot was broken for almost the entire time I was there, so anyone could get in. This led to car break-ins and homeless people squeezing their ways into the dumpsters and eventually into the apartment complex itself. The package system at this apartment complex is a mess. Half the time you have to ask someone to open the room for you, otherwise you won't get your package on time due to the faulty LuxorOne technology they use. There have been multiple times when my packages have gone missing or took very long to find due to the lack of organization with their package delivery. NOW THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART! This apartment complex will FLEECE you for every penny they can. Remember your security deposit that you submit when you sign your lease? You can bid farewell to that, because they are going to take that money and run with it whenever they can. I was charged for bedroom paint retouching, bathroom paint retouching, carpet cleaning (I even did it myself before I moved out), and common area cleaning. Take a look at the pictures of the apartment and you can see that everything is cleaned, yet I was still charged $100 for cleaning fees. What does not make even more sense is that my other roommates were charged differently for COMMON AREA "DAMAGES." How does that make sense if we all share the same area, but get charged differently? It seems like Highlander at North Campus is just charging their residents without good reason. I'll point out some positives. The study rooms, pool, and gym are nice features of the apartment complex, but with the exception of the study rooms, the residents hardly use them. Additionally, the workers in the office were always kind and helpful during my time at Highlander. Shoutout to the leasing agents Erwin, Bobby, and Kaya for always lending a helping hand and being super friendly. Upper management however, is greedy, does not care about their residents, and will find any way to take your last dollar. Overall, this place is NOT WORTH over $800 a month. This place is dirty and money greedy. Save your money and peace of mind by renting somewhere else. read more

If you want to live in a complex infested with roaches, that don't care about their tenants, and give you a unit that is in poor conditions, this is the place for you :) Expect the local homeless people to pay you a visit every night and sleep on the stairwells. Also, security won't do anything about it! I hope you also love the smell of cigarettes and marijuana because that is all you will ever smell around here. If you want to keep things on your patio or door, expect it to get stolen and have the office do nothing about it. They don't care about their tenants. They'll try to lure you in with free stuff and be nice but don't fall for it, they turn on you fairly quickly. read more

Completely misled me on the apartment I was getting. I signed for a specific floor plan, paid extra for specific requests and received none of it. The let us out of the lease because they misled us "I am so sorry that they miscommunicated with you, ___ is fairly new and I'm apologizing on her behalf" It's not fair. Although they let us out of the lease they said they can't reimburse our money back (rents deposit and fees) until they find another tenant for the apartment. Not okay. Make sure you know what you are getting and ask to see the apartment prior to moving in even though they deny you access until move in day. read more

To start off, when I first arrived at the apartment for move in day the apartment was so dirty/dusty my roommate and I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean ourself. 2. The hallways and stairways were always so dirty and smelled like urine and there would be dog feces in the stairways and trash. 3. At the end of the lease when you move out they will charge you literally for anything just so you don't get your deposit back !!!!!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT!!!!!!!! I got charged for "damages" in bathroom, bedroom, common area, carpet cleaning, paint retouch. I never did anything to cause such damages!!! They charged me for carpet cleaning cause apparently I had stains on the carpet but I never spilled anything on my floors. Paint retouch when I never touched or damaged the wall to scrape off the paint!!! 4. People that worked in the office are so rude and really unhelpful (except for maybe 1 person). CONS: The "roommate matching" does not exist. I said girls only and I got placed with a guy -- who wasn't even a student, I might add. Everywhere is dirty: elevators always smell like weed, hallways often covered in pee, door handles to get into the stairway and building were broken. Lots of dog poo all over the sidewalks. My carpet was WET when I moved in. Took a few days to dry, but you'd think it had been cleaned then, right? No. Dirty carpet, full of hair and had multiple stains. Common areas were gross when I moved in. Management says current tenants must clean them, but they don't enforce that whatsoever. Roommate had two BIG UNTRAINED puppies who pooped all over our living room, balcony, and tore up our couch. My complaints to management and requests to change units did nothing until I contacted their parent company. Embarrassing on their part. If you get a package, it will go to their package room. It may take a while to find your package since they are all just shoved randomly into one room (this is the carriers mistake, but just a word of warning!) Had no bug issues (specifically requested not the first floor) or parking issues (they leave constant notices about street sweeping saying they will tow you, they won't). Heard many others had issues with these topics. PROS: The maintenance team is very nice. They have a difficult job because there is so much to clean and maintain here always, but they are always friendly and prompt with answering maintenance requests. read more

It's a solid student housing apartment complex without a doubt. However, the fact that they allow NO ONE to cancel their lease during COVID-19 and difficult financial circumstances is unacceptable. I had a high opinion of Highlander North Campus until their true colors were revealed during this COVID-19 crisis. Yes, they offer a deferral payment plan, but for many residents that is not enough. All other nearby student housing gives the option to cancel their lease except for Highlander North Campus. In my opinion, find somewhere else to live nearby (there are many other places) because they will treat you better and be more accommodating for their residents. read more

Very, very cheap quality at this apartment. They use the most delicate furniture, paint, you know it. They do this so they can change when you move out. The walls here are also paper thin. So you can hear everything. The Hallways are consistently dirty. I've witnessed a few times residents having verbal fights outside. It's also overpriced here for poor housing. Do not live here. This management company is money hungry. They try to create bogus charges to your account when they can't generate income. This organization failed to fix my sons front door, and an outside person broke into the apartment and damaged a vacant room. They are trying to charge my son and his roommate 300 dollars each for carpet cleaning, and to fix the lock on the vacant room. Don't move there. I'm planning on taking them to court for charging me a late fee every month for not paying bogus charges. I've never been late on my sons rent. There always seems to be something wrong with the elevator.The 4th floor button is missing & the permit expired 2 years ago. It feels unsafe and It's very inconvenient. The WiFi is actually terrible for the most part, very patchy, and doesn't connect to anything but your laptop.They advertise free printing (just bring your own paper) which is great but the 10-12 times I've gone the printer has only worked 2 times which sucks considering this is what they advertise. Aside from that the rooms/bathrooms are spacious, common area is nice, study rooms are nice, gym is really small only a few machines. They just need to fix a few things. ALSO the building scanner is not working which means you can't get in :) read more
