I would leave zero stars if I could. This place is a filthy dump. They do not clean it when people move out. I was told by the girl at the front desk that the manager said we're not doing any clean outs of apartments when only the tenants move out of one of the rooms. Can you imagine renting a home or a hotel and come to find out that they don't clean it first. So before my daughter moved I , I had to come in and shampoo the carpets, scrub the walls, clean the filthy vents, clean the bugs out of the closet, etc. before my daughter could move in. It was so disgusting that she only lived there for about a week. There was a bag of rice in the cupboard from the two girls that already lived there and it was completely taken over with bugs. They were crawling all over the cupboards. It looks like nothing has been updated since the 60s my daughter looked at the online model apartment and thought that it looked fine. Big mistake. The whole apartment had a moldy smell that I'm sure is not healthy to breathe in. There was food smeared on the bedroom wall and when we asked them to take care of it while they just painted right over it and didn't even bother to clean the food so yeah, It had a new coat of paint, but you could see the bumps from the food smeared on it. Everything. This place is disgusting, they don't do maintenance unless it is super urgent, and even then they took their time to get it done. They make you sign a lease/contract before they actually show you the place where they are going to accommodate you. Also, they don't make you aware of pets on the premises. With this being said, there's a flea infestation and they don't do s...t about it. Honestly save yourself the trouble of being stuck in a place where there is mold, fleas, and unsanitary conditions. You literally have to stay there the full term of the contract or otherwise you can leave, but you are still responsible for paying the rent until the lease ends. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! I would say it's a solid place considering it's riverside, there really isn't anything you can do about the environment but they did just add gates, it's pretty chill here not too bad I would say it's solid, everywhere is kinda shitty in riverside but at least my experience was ok, I lived here 3 years l, the first year was kinda wack, it progressively got a bit better read more

Please stay away from these apartments. The price is very cheap which should have been a red flag. Upon moving in, the kitchen was disgusting, with a cockroach on a trap right next to the fridge. The bathroom had mold, paint chips on the bathtub, and unswept floors. There were carpet stains all over the living room which I reported in the move-in inspection. We've had cockroaches and rats in the apartment despite doing our effort to clean. We were told pest control would come to the apartment and after waiting in the apartment, they would not show up. Until we had to submit FIVE work orders, pest control was finally sent to the apartment. Over the lease term, we've had our water shut off nearly every week. The water shut offs are always "emergencies", but when they occur so often how is it an emergency? At the end of my lease, I was charged nearly $400 for the carpet stains I reported when I moved in, bathroom cleaning and a kitchen cleaning (while a roommate is still living there). I spoke to someone about these charges and was told I did not take pictures of every single stain in the carpet, so I was being charged. They only removed the bathroom cleaning charge after I complained but am still being charged for a kitchen cleaning while someone is still using that kitchen, and a "pet cleaning charge" when no one in my apartment had pets. I was given a filthy apartment when I moved in and they wanted ME to pay for it. Please find another apartment, because they will give you an unacceptable unit, you will have pests and rodents, and the leasing office will not care. read more

This same institution got covid early on and we never heard about the end of it. They did not take any measures to make the residence safe; they only notified us with an email once. They also have opening now but that is because no one wants to return to their institution. They really need to make changes in order to have a good business. read more

The staff and everyone in the office is really nice and very helpful. They take care of repairs and all on time but reason for onlyv2 stars is that we think they take the rent for 12 months but let you only stay for 11. Our moved in date was sept20th 2022 but the end of lease notice with move outcdate that they gave to us was Aug20th 2023 which is just 11 months of stay. We did bring it up but to no avail. These cozy apartment units are definitely close to campus. Management responds quickly to concerns. Consider purchasing renter insurance to avoid expensive party related damages. I don't have a major issue as of yet. Other than the doors. People slam their doors so so hard and these doors are so heavy. I wish management would put some form of stoppers or anything that makes this less of an issue. Other than this I haven't seen major issues here. Please actually notice the ratings for this place. I didn't and I regret it. They are terrible for a reason. The management only cares about your money. When you go to talk to them about issues, all you will hear is excuses; they won't do anything to fix the issues. It took me over a month to get any of the furniture that I paid for plus the entire place smells like cigarettes. When we moved in, it looks like we were moving into an abandoned apartment it was so disgusting and every appliance/ piece of furniture we did have was broken. It usually takes 3-4 weeks for something to get fixed. Plus all of my clothes smell like cigarettes now considering I was living off of the floor when I had no furniture. To summarize my experience here, you pretty much get what you pay for (maybe less) compared to other apartments near the UCR campus in terms of quality. Campus Crossings is one of the very few apartment complexes that allows you to sign a 10-month lease plan, which is one of the major reasons why my friends and I chose to stay here. In addition, the price was relatively low compared to the other places we looked at. The customer service is also very nice and will help you with your troubles. Upon moving in, our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was clean overall. There were, however, some weird "adjustments/fixes" made, such as a giant patch in the carpet because of a previous stain and the floor near one of the bedrooms not being level, but these aren't major issues. Throughout the year, there have been a lot of water maintenances and shutoffs. However, these occur most of the time when I am at school, so it hasn't affected me all that much. Speaking of water, the temperature of the water tends to fluctuate a lot, which is a bit annoying. We haven't really experienced any roach or bug problems, but this is most likely because we live on the 2nd floor. Although, there have been a lot of dead bees that end up on our porch. One of my main complaints with the apartment is how it was advertised as "gated", because this place is NOT gated. Anyone can literally walk into the complex, so there have been several times when I've encountered homeless people digging through the trash while I was throwing out my own. In addition, because of the amount of homeless people, I've experienced my bike being messed with (including my back wheel coming close to falling off and the chains being touched). The only reason I lock it outside is because we don't have room to put it in the apartment. Therefore, I strongly think they should take off the "gated" feature off the website to prevent people from thinking this place is actually gated (I also didn't get to check out the apartment before moving in because I am from NorCal and signed the lease over the summer online). I'd say that if you are in your "last resort" phase in looking for a place to stay for the school year, then come here. Other than that, I'd rather pay a bit more for somewhere that is higher in quality. read more

Campus crossings is pretty bad. The apartment condition was as bad as others say here: nasty stained carpet, roaches, and messy. My roommates didnt care about the apartment which made things worse. Water shutoffs frequently. Homeless always roaming through. The worst apartments I've rented at so far. Brooke runs the place like a slumlord. They took part of my deposit because roommate didn't clean out his furniture and belongings. I cleaned out all my stuff because I handle my business and get rewarded with the bill. Brooke is not responding at all can't get a hold of her since I moved out. Don't be a sucker and rent here. Many better places just a block away. I really don't write reviews but after dealing with these amazing ladies, who helped me step by step in understanding what I needed and what can help me when I apply is a plus. Many apartment managers don't take their time to make someone understand but these ladies Brooke and Megna helped me through all my confusions. The assistant manager Megna even called me the next day to make sure I didn't have anymore questions. These apartments are very beautiful and I got to talk to one of the neighbors that I might have which shows how much they love living hear especially since it's their 4th year and another plus side it's super close to UCR. It's not a safe environment anyone from the street can get into the complex and lurk into the cars. Mine got broken into and I was not informed after a week of being gone. I didn't want any compensation nor was asking for it I just wanted to know if there was safer parking for me they said if I return the control I get the 25 dollars back. While I was waiting for cops to arrive a homeless man approached my father and I harassing us and when I emailed the office about it they didn't acknowledge it. It's not safe I know people live here with kids and new college students also live here... yes it's cheap but there is a reason as to why. I've also had faulty wiring where outlets spark and when I first moved in I wrote a list of things that I noticed needed to be fixed and I took it to the office. NOTHING was fixed until I submitted it again after a few months when I came back. They don't give notice when they come to your apartment to fix things if you are here great if not then you have to wait again. I've been here less than a year and I've already had this much trouble. I'm a college student so this is the cheapest option for me at the time but if you can afford paying a bit more I recommend doing so in order to feel safer. They have security 88 and they don't do anything either they just drive through and leave they don't check for anything a 2 min drive for both lots combined I assume because the work is just not what one would expect for a security company. read more

Every time we put in a work order it was handled quickly and politely by the staff. Overall, the apartment was well kept as there were little to no problems throughout the year. The only consistent inconvenience were the wasps, but staff would come out and handle it if we put in a work order. One of the nicer apartments I toured in the area. Went to pick up my packages and was asked to discuss my review. I thought this was very strange. When I mentioned Meena the managers offer to break my lease. They wanted to argue that it was a spur of the moment thing. Uhm ok but the law does state ppl need 21 day notice and 30 days to vacate a property. So I called it as it is --- shady bc Meena didn't fully disclose the terms of breaking my lease upfront. They argued that places charge you for parking....really? They charge $125 plus $25 for a gate remote to park in the back n not have an assigned parking space? Bc I've rented before and I've always just parked in the open parking spaces, the non marked spaces. Pest control can only fumigate on Wednesday and whenever they come in the afternoon. My mom, my dogs n infant need to be out the home for at least an hour. Where is she supposed to go for an hour in the afternoon heat? They'll call and ask if he can come on Thursday bc apparently Thursday its much cooler than Wednesday. Needless to say one kid got all upset bc I was cussing and insulting dick head maintenance guy and idiot manager. But after all the bs I dealt here. This resident is over it. Future freshman moving out of dorms...DON'T LIVE HERE. I am warning you. Live at Summer Meadows, UCR apartments, shared single house, ANYWHERE but here. Like the person who first reviewed this place said, my rent is EXTREMELY expensive. My friends all go WHAT?? when they hear how much I am paying. I am sharing a room with someone and us two added together are paying way more than the person below is paying for a single room. The neighborhood is extremely loud and obnoxious, playing music at 9 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 2 at night, pretty much anytime you want to sleep/nap. If you live near the pool...I feel sorry for you because I can hear people screaming/partying at the pool and I live across the complex. The water here turns off CONSTANTLY, at the most inopportune times too. Today, the water has been shut off from 9 in the morning til now which is 1 AM-ish that's THE WHOLE DAY+NIGHT. How do they expect us to shower or flush the toilet? The management warned us yesterday that the water will be turned off from 9am-3pm because of water leakage, okay, understandable since I'm used to it at this place. Came back from class at 4:00, YAY WATER! Then at 4:30 it's OFF AGAIN. At 5:30, the management sent us another email telling us it will be on at 10, but NOPE. It's 1 AM right now and STILL NOT ON. The management and the people fixing the water probably already left, leaving us here without any water. I really hate it here. I am NOT renewing my lease despite their constant DESPERATE attempts to get us to renew our lease. If they say they are giving you a "Special Deal" or a "Low Price" DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. Shop around for more, even if it means walking/driving to another place far away from here because you will HATE IT HERE and definitely pay more here than anywhere else. The apartment is dirty, the bathroom is dingy, the back sliding door barely locks, the ceiling and walls are extremely thin. I can hear guys WALK around upstairs, they jump too sometimes which is extremely annoying. I can hear the guys pee upstairs too. Disturbing. They constantly tow people who park in their parking lot too. My boyfriend came here at like 11 at night, and I wasn't expecting him, so he parked in the parking lot out front. The manager's office was closed so I couldn't get a guest pass. Then at 12, his car was towed. Who does that?? The towing fee was $300. Their guest parking rules are unbelievable. Summer Meadows gives each resident a guest pass so they can give it to their guest whenever they want. Campus Crossing? You have to ask them for one before their office closes at like 6 and they are extremely strict about their guest parking passes. Even if you are desperate, STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY. This place is awful! The water keeps turning off and it pisses me off to no end. My neighbors are my friends too and they are freaken pissed and they are all moving out once the least is over. Sometimes the water shuts off for nearly the whole day and my roommates and i had to freaken take mini showers and brush our teeth with a bottle of water that we bought! I had to discipline myself to not to use the bathroom when it shuts off but even I accidently took a number 2 and I couldn't flush!!!! I'm sharing the bathroom with two other guys too so this is a NO NO. Then there's the horrible management issue. One of my friends said that the management is quick for her, but not for me! I countlessly asked the manager to fix a myriad of issues and they would always say "ok, ill fill out a work oder for you." After months of asking and asking again they always give the same response but NEVER DO IT. Finally, i got angry and complained harder and then they FINALLY sent someone to fix our stuff. That took about 4 months. The apartments are kind of expensive too and you can do better at other apartments around here (i heard summer meadows is good). Parking here sucks too because vistors have to park on the street at night time and these spots are usually full. My friend came at night once and we thought that they don't tow at night---well think again they DO! My friend got her car towed and it costs like 300 bucks to get it back. I think the manager checks the parking lot at night (What a loser!!) since he lives here too. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I WARNED YOU! YOU WILL NOT LIKE IT HERE! Are you a loser? If not, then stay away from this place! I have yet to meet anyone who likes it here. And if anyone from the management is reading this, you guys are failures. This place is horrible. I'm a graduate student and I lived with UCR Housing during my whole time in undergrad. I thought I would save money by going off-campus and living here. It was a bad idea. Look at my life, look at my choices. 1) They lied to me saying the lease is "flexible" and they will find you someone to take over your lease if you want to move out early and it will be a small fee. They kept assuring us that they will find someone for us and that it is possible to terminate the contract for a small fee until we signed the lease. We had to sign an AT LEAST 12 month lease. When I went up to LA for summer research, they tried to find me a sublet but nothing happened. I asked to terminate my contract and they said it was not possible. They told me to go find my own sublet if I wanted to terminate my lease (and even then, I'd still have to pay a termination fee). 2) Even though you have to move out by August 15th, they will still charge you a full month's rent for August. It's hidden in the lease (which is 25+ pages) that they either lie about or don't mention when trying to get you to live there. 3) I did find people interested in subletting my room, but most people had to stay the full month of August or longer, and since everyone HAD to move out Aug 15th, it wasn't possible. The front office told me that if the subletter wanted to stay beyond Aug 15th, they would have to sign a NEW 12-month lease on top of that! So even though I had about 8 people interested, none of them ever followed through. I lost money on an apartment I wasn't even staying in AND had to pay double rent. 4) It is dirty. The roof is leaky and everything is old. I feel like no matter how much I vacuumed my carpet or scrubbed down the bathroom/kitchen, it was still filthy. Also, the walkway outside the apartment is usually dirty because no one ever cleans it (and partiers tend to spill their drinks/whatever on the floor and so you end up with sticky shoes that take more nasties into your apartment). 5) They take your deposit no matter what. We cleaned our apartment thoroughly on move-out day (It was seriously cleaner than when we moved in) and they claimed that since they shampoo the carpet and paint the walls for ALL the apartments before move-in, that had to be paid for with our deposit. WAIT, how is that a deposit if you do that for ALL THE APARTMENTS anyway?! Then NO ONE gets their deposit back! 6) They do mercilessly tow your car if you park in the front. My friend also came to visit after the front office closed so I couldn't get a guest parking permit. His car got towed and it cost $300. 7) Maintenance is not the best. They do respond quickly if you file a work order in person at the front office, but if you have a list of needed repairs, the guy will only fix the first thing on the list (and leave a mess after he leaves too). 8) I didn't feel safe. It's not gated, so random shady-looking people do wander the complex. And to be fair, I will list some perks, they do pay for the water bill. So you can shower as long as you want. And the trolley stops across the street so you can catch that to school. But otherwise, DON'T DO IT!! read more

Oh sheesh the ratings arent good for this place :/ well this is my second year living here and I really dont mind it. Pros: I like how its only a 12 minute walk to the rec center and 20 minutes [maybe 30 if you walk slow] to walk to the furthest part of campus [ex: physics 2000]. I think the complex is relatively safe and i think most of the complex are students. They used to have a trolley stop right across the complex which was EXTREMELY useful, but now UCR stopped the trolley service. I also like how they will fix anything without charging you, but they should right? The pool in the complex is also REALLY nice! I also like how the parking is gated which decreases the chances of people coming in without a gate remote. Cons: The people at the front office could be a bit rude at times. The rent is way too expensive. Sometimes the laundry machines are broken [but its not that often]. Sometimes the water shuts off, but they usually notify you when itll be shut off haha One thing that sucks is that there is no guest parking without a permit, which sucks if the office is closed and you cant get a permit so your visitor has to park on the street and maybe even real far. The work orders kinda take awhile to be processed. Overall its decent, and not that bad. Oh and if you're scared of cats or dogs then be careful. I also come back to the complex and see atleast one cat strolling around. OH and there are ALOT of snails on the sidewalks read more

I was looking through some reviews and it's almost hard to believe some of them. this is my third year living here and i already resigned to live for a fourth. My apartment has never had a major issue but when we have a small issue maintenance is always quick to fix it. The staff in the office is the best. they're so nice and help with any questions you have. there is one thing that can be a little annoying and that's the constant water shutoffs but they send an email in advance letting you know so you're prepared. Other than that everything is great and cheap. I have recommended about 4 of my friends to live here and they liked it. read more

Let me start off by saying: my rent is super expensive. If I had a car last year, friends (which is a different topic entirely), and more knowledge of the area, I could have gotten a better apartment complex. The roommate matching service is... well, okay if the people who fill out the service is truthful. In my case, one of my roommates was not. The other issue is that I don't drink or smoke. My roommates both drink (but not a lot... well, one of them), and one smokes (but... not tobacco). I have to live in a 2b1b apartment. My roommate is really really gross... and sharing a bathroom where the sink is crooked so all the water pools to one corner of it sucks. Also, the sink area looks really dirty so no matter how much you scrub it, it still looks dirty. My room's ceiling leaked for a while, but it doesn't now. However, there are yellow stains everywhere and my room smells funny. EDIT: It still does. =.= The cool thing is that yes, there is a pool, a BBQ, and laundry rooms (which, to me, are kinda overpriced, but whatever). Also, service for your apartment is fast IF you don't use the online service and tell the front office DIRECTLY. Otherwise, you'll be sitting in your apartment wondering if the maintenance department got your service request for a week until you get fed up. I would suggest to go live with people that you know and unless you're a baller, don't live here. Find a cheaper place because $714 for your own room is really expensive. Especially now that tuition is increasing like no other. The price doesn't justify the place of living. If I knew what I know now, I would find a cheaper place to live in, even a house with my own room and bathroom (which would still be like, $500-600). The only great thing about this place were the leasing office staff (Erika and Debra) and the maintenance crew (Large and David). As much as i would like to give this place a better rating, I really can't find any good things about this place aside from it's close to school. This place always has community gatherings for its tenants like movie nights, free pizza nights and midnight free food and scantrons anytime it's finals week. But, the negatives outweighs the positives. There are always reports of theft and crime on Blaine street and Rustin area. I just went to the office today and there were two cars that had their tires vandalized and got their tires slashed. The people upstairs are very loud and can hear footsteps all the time (old buildings). On the lease it says that there are no pets allowed but there are pets everywhere i look. The rent is waaaaay to high as well. I was paying a grand and four dollars for a 701sq. ft. place (one bedroom and one tiny bathroom). Now, have a new place that has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a huge living room and dinning room with kitchen; all this for only two hundred dollars more. I was ripped off for one year basically. So, if you really don't have a choice like I was, then stay here. BUT, i would urge you to go and look somewhere else before you settle for this place. Their maintenance work takes forever when you put in a work order. My friend once put in a work order for a clogged toilet and one of the workers abandoned his co-worker because he was unable to tolerate the smell of the toilet clogged with stool. As far as their parking situation, there is a very limited amount of guest parking and their front lot is often times full. I'm content here primarily becasue its close to campus, they have a decent staff, a convenient laundry mat, and parking spaces are available. My only complaints are that for the price, they should at least provide a washer/dryer in each apartment. Also, if they're going to allow animals to live here, they should at least pick up after the inconsiderate people who don't pick up their dogs waste. I've been walking by the same pile of crap for over 2 months now, and quite frankly as a resident I don't want to see that every time I go out. It's bad enough that the dogs are always barking during the day when the owners aren't home. And of course everyone's favorite the WATER SHUT OFF. I really don't see why it happens so often. Aside from all that its not that bad. The way I see it, human beings are always going to find something to complain about. The staff is friendly, and if something is broken, the maintenence guy comes to fix it in a week if you submit a request. It's an "okay" apartment for college students who want a cheap, affordable place to stay. I wouldn't use the pool, though. Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The quality of the apartments is very poor. Stained, disgusting carpet that looks like it hasn't been updated in 30 years, and if you happen to get one of the units with wood/vinyl flooring it feels very cheap. One our cabinets is literally hanging from the roof, the office says they can't fix it and need to hire an outside vendor to do so. They haven't. When we moved in, windows wouldn't close, the oven door was falling off, the air-conditioning didn't get to every room, and the heater flat out didn't work. After maintenance came and fixed the heater, we turned it on and the room began to smell terribly of gas. The water is a major problem. The office turns off the water incredibly frequently for 8 hours or more with little notice if any at all. When our water was working it would never get hot. When we asked them to come fix it, it now sprays scalding hot water and the dial on the shower doesn't change the temperature. The office is difficult to work with and has many very unfair and difficult policies that make it hard to get a unit in the first place. #1 their credit check and guarantor system is the hardest to get through I have ever experienced. #2 they require couples to get two separate renters insurance policies, making couples pay double for the exact same coverage for no reason at all. I asked the office what the reason was and they just repeatedly told me "that's our policy." Any questioning of office policy is met with general exasperation and rudeness. It is also their policy to tow cars as often as possible. During hours, after hours, weekends, cars are in danger of being towed whether you have the right sticker or not. They tow cars whose tags are expired even a day, even though state law says that cars will only be towed after tags are expired for 6 months. We moved in in September and they began asking about renewal by the middle of October. They expect students to know what their situation will be when the lease still has 11 months left. Even if you tell them you don't plan on renewing they will still send you the notifications and literally show up at your door asking. Also, the rates are going to be going up every year. It's honestly an okay apartment, it gets the job done and that's really all you can ask for. The one thing that really stands out to me is the staff. Everyone there is extremely friendly and is willing to help you in any way they can. They also host small events that allow the residents to meet up and interact with each other. I'm just doing this as a warning and an update. When I first moved in there was really nice staff here. I mean the staff here is still pretty nice at least the girls who give you your packages. From what my roommates experienced, however, Brooke the property manager is fake. We had a bed bug problem and we live in a two-bedroom one bath unit. We obviously didn't bring bed bugs in but Brooke kept pinning it on one of us (She basically tried to get us to hate each other or something) and kept saying we brought them in. Which doesn't make sense at all because who brings in bed bugs? On top of that, they took forever to get back to us and never really believed us in the first place that there were bed bugs. Btw bed bugs can be inside walls too. So the exterminator comes and tells us that it will cost $600 for the whole unit for something that we didn't bring??? I believe that alone is illegal but still all of my roommates were forced to pay $150 within two days of the treatment. read more

Don't write many reviews, however, I feel this place gets a bad rep, it has improved a lot as of recently and a lot of the negative reviews are outdated, the apartments are within walking distance of the school and the staff is super nice, make sure you talk to either Brooke or Megna, super understanding and respectful staff members! Place is a little on the older side compared to other apartments but it still is super affordable and quite clean! Enjoyed my stay here, and I recommend for you to check this place out if you got the time and are in the market for an apartment sometime soon! read more

Awesome place to live! All favorite shops and eateries are close by. It's very clean and well maintained. Apartment managers Brooke and Megna are wonderful, helpful and takes care of issues right away. Also have nice events for residents. Definitely recommend these apartments. read more

This is my second year living at Campus Crossings Riverside and I like it alot. I've lived at 3 different complexes, next to UCR, so far, and this is my favorite. The leasing staff, from day one, has always been very helpful. They are quite welcoming when you enter the office and assist you with any issues that you may have, roommate related or maintenance related. The maintenance staff is pleasant and responds to work orders within a few days. Yea the property is older and may have it's issues, but the leasing staff typically alerts you, via email, if problems arise. The benefits to living at a smaller property is that you don't have to worry about tons of crazy residents and guests walking around all the time and since it's smaller you get to friend your neighbors easier! I do wish the property had a gym but the pool and spa area are really nice and big! I have a car and a bike but it's nice to know that I have gated parking to park my car in. A definite pro is that I can walk or bike to school and save money by not purchasing the super expensive parking at UCR! One of my other favorite parts about Campus Crossings, is that it holds resident events each month. This was helpful for me as I did not know anyone when I moved here. It gave me an opportunity to meet other residents and make friends. They have a bunch of pool parties, BBQ's, movie nights, and pizza nights! My favorite event was when we went snowboarding last year and they paid for it!! All the events are free! So far I haven't heard of any incidents happening here, but I do know that the leasing staff is proactive at emailing us on the protocol to avoid being a target to theft and crime. I feel safe here, but use the buddy system at night just to be safe. I live in a 1 bedroom and it's very spacious!! After touring a few different places in the area last year, I felt as though this was the best option for my money. I signed at a good time, as they were offering my First Month Free!! I've already referred one friend here. I received a $100 gift card for the referral, can't beat that! Overall, I'm very satisfied with this property and would recommend it to anyone, students or working adults. Sure each property has it's short comings, but Campus Crossings makes up for it everywhere else!! :) read more

It's ridiculous how many times they shut off the water. Sometimes they don't even give a proper warning!! like tonight, I came home from work and wanted to shower only to find out the water was off. Called the maintenance office and was told someone would get back to me. It's been an hour since I came home from work and still no water or no call back. Ridiculous and unprofessional. read more
