Very clean. Rooms are small and sparse, but have the essentials. A little pricey for a motel, but nice staff and good location.

Mark and Debbie have been so accommodating especially with my wife's dietary desires. The food is absolutely delicious! They had a great menu with vegan and vegetarian options. There is a rotating breakfast menu each day (3 different) and Mark the owner cooks most of the scrumptious foods including home made ice cream served for desert. We stayed in the Rosewood room which is unbelievable. The room was very clean, very comfortable, and every detail well thought out. Their enthusiasm of their home, cooking and knowledge of surrounding events Combine all of the above it was very memorable experience and a great way to celebrate our 15 year anniversary.

It's nonstop work - from the early morning prep for gourmet breakfasts to the meticulous cleaning, thoughtful decorating, and personalized hosting that makes guests feel truly welcomed. It's exhausting, but when done right, it's magical. That's why we're so thrilled to share our experience at the Sheridan House Inn. This B&B doesn't just meet the high standards of the industry; it soars far above and beyond them. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The accommodations are among the best we've ever encountered - luxurious, spotlessly clean rooms with premium linens, comfortable beds that invite deep sleep, and thoughtful amenities that show the owners truly care about guest comfort. The Inn itself creates a warm, inviting environment that's relaxing yet elegant, the kind of atmosphere that's hard to achieve but makes all the difference. And the food? Outstanding. The breakfasts are gourmet masterpieces - fresh, creative, and delicious, prepared with obvious passion and skill. But what truly sets the Sheridan House apart and elevates it above and beyond any other B&B we've ever stayed are the exceptional dinners they offer. These are not your typical B&B fare; they're multi-course Michelin-style quality meals that are memorable, beautifully presented, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The location in the charming town of Williams is another huge plus. Williams is a great place to visit - from exploring the historic Route 66 vibe and gateway access to the Grand Canyon, to unique shops, railroads, wildlife parks, and hiking trails. The hosts go all out without making it feel forced - they're genuinely hospitable, anticipating needs and sharing local insights that enhance the stay. This level of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Is it worth the money? Absolutely, and then some. In a world of cookie-cutter hotels and average B&Bs, the Sheridan House delivers great value through an unparalleled experience. If you're looking for the best bed-and-breakfast getaway - especially in the Southwest - it'd be hard, if not impossible, to beat this one. Highly recommended without reservation. Thank you to the wonderful owners, Debby & Mark, for keeping the spirit of true B&B hospitality alive and thriving.

Our rooms were ready about an hour before the 4pm check in- woo hoo!! Staff has always been friendly. Coffee, hot water, and infused water w/ lemon & cucumbers are available at reception area 24/7. The lobby/ dining area is spacious enough for you to chill at if you're waiting for your room to be ready. Our mattress & pillows are what heaven is made of. Didn't wanna wake up, at all! Loved the cushioned chair and mini dinner tray in the room. I've come to terms thru the years of traveling... I can no longer have just a bed and plop myself sitting up right in it to watch tv or enjoy a drink and perhaps a beverage. I need an actual chair with comfort. And Hampton Inn always provides that simple luxury. Pool & hot tub are indoors. And the hot tub is another main reason we booked this property. (Open from 8am-10pm). The hot tub did not disappoint. It's very warm, by the way. Thank goodness for the pool towels available. Make sure to wear slippers, as the pool deck can get slippery when wet. Breakfast buffet available at 6am, on a Saturday morning! Woo hoo!

Very nice, fairly new hotel. Indoor pool and spa, but on the smaller side. Free breakfast, which we didn't partake because we were checking out, but it looked and smelled good! Loved how they had a welcome message on the television screen upon entering the room. The rooms were nice--very spacious and clean. Loved having the ice machine close to our room. It was mostly quiet, but we did have some people on our floor that were a bit noisy in the halls periodically. Overall a pleasant stay and I'd choose to stay here if ever in Williams again!

Everybody we dealt with at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The amenities include an indoor pool and spa, a fitness center, a meeting/Event center, a business center, a pub, a restaurant, and the Grand Canyon railway depot is right on the grounds of the hotel. We did not eat in the restaurant, so I can not speak for the food. You can purchase and all you can eat breakfast buffet. As part of your package for around $20 each, but we did not partake. It was your typical hotel, the room was bright and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the TV got a lot of cable channels, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. For the two of us, with a military /veterans discount, it was approximately $650. For that, we got a room for the night, an upgraded train ticket with the "Vista dome" car, and a bus tour of the Grand Canyon, including a very good all you can eat buffet lunch, and time to wander around Grand Canyon Village after the bus tour before the train came back. The price was high, but for all we got for two of us, it was reasonable. Thank you for a great stay.

This seemed like a big spot in the area so we booked. Now, I'm not sure if there are any King beds, or maybe all were taken, but we got a 2 Queen beds room but needed a King at least. So sleep wasn't the greatest for the 2 of us needing to share a bed. After we got all together and dressed for the pool, we called to see what time it closed to find out it's closed for refurb. Now, since we booked through someone else, this was not told or written down. However, checking the hotel's direct site, they did indeed have this listed. So just a miss for us and if we would have known, would not have stayed here as the child in our group was promised a pool everywhere we stayed during our trip. The toilet paper? It's rough! So be prepared if you're used to bidets or soft toilet paper.... It's a quaint place, but I recommend doing more research and maybe stay elsewhere.

I think had we not been driving for several hours this would've been a non-issue, but it happens and it was resolved relatively quickly. Once we got inside the space was so cool. You do have to climb up a flight of stairs. All the rooms look spacious and ours was the room with 2 beds. We both slept very well. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was a tiny back patio/porch but it was a bit too chilly for that. If there are any ghosts, they must've liked us as we weren't bothered. A fun little place to stay along Route 66.

The experience was fully remote, we called the number given and got a code to enter the door and told which room was ours. We never saw a single person the entire stay, although we did hear another guest talking in their room. I think noise isolation might be an issue if all the rooms were occupied, but there was only one other guest that night, I can tell because the other rooms were vacant with door ajar. The rooms are very clean, unique and do have a pretty deep historical feel to it. I greatly enjoyed the decor and bed was reasonably comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was far superior to the motel that we stayed in the night before. The location is close to a few food dining options in town. There is a vending machine in a guest break room with snacks and drink, but unfortunately the whole machine appears to be out of drinks, which was very disappointing. Overall a comfortable and unique stay, but I wouldn't pay an astronomical price for this experience, probably no more than I would pay for a 3-star hotel. I also would not necessarily return, I think one night is enough. Did not meet any ghosts, which is also a plus I suppose!
