Mark and Debbie have been so accommodating especially with my wife's dietary desires. The food is absolutely delicious! They had a great menu with vegan and vegetarian options. There is a rotating breakfast menu each day (3 different) and Mark the owner cooks most of the scrumptious foods including home made ice cream served for desert. We stayed in the Rosewood room which is unbelievable. The room was very clean, very comfortable, and every detail well thought out. Oh what a stay! This Bed & Breakfast is up there with the best. The upgrade of our room was so appreciated in honor of our Anniversary. The recommendations on where to go was so greatly done by Mark. They also offer Dinner on premises if you are good on arrival time, which for us wasn't the case. The beautiful details in our room so unexpected. The welcome cookies were to die for and the complimentary glass of wine a perfect touch. Mark & Debbie know how to do it right. The location is so tranquil and the temperature perfect in Williams, AZ. I believe we found our goto place, whenever we return. I can't say enough positive things about this special place. Mark and Debbie have literally thought of EVERYTHING to take care of their guests, whom they treat as family with personal touches galore!! Mark is a self-taught chef, passionate about his culinary creations that are truly exceptional, and Debbie has the distinct gift of hospitality. We went out to start each day with full bellies and plenty of advice no matter what adventure we were seeking. We stayed in the Rosewood suite with its private hot tub. Sheridan House Inn has raised the bar on what I perceive as a Bed & Breakfast. It is more like a five star resort. We stayed two nights to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. The Sycamore Room was fabulous! We enjoyed a comfortable stay including a private hot tub and lounge area. In addition to a fantastic breakfast, we enjoyed Smores on the front porch and a private dinner on the back patio. Service was over the top terrific and the food memorable. It doesn't surprise me that they are listed with the Select Registry. Tucked away at the top of a hill, a walking distance from the streets of Downtown Williams Arizona sits this amazing B&B. Let's start with the things I didn't like.... (There aren't any) Ok, now for the things I loved. We came with no plans, no expectations, no idea what we're were doing. We were new to what the area had to offer, but left like pro's. Debbie has packet after packet, the in's and the out's, and all things planned for all types of adventures. She spends time getting to know what you like, then tailors your experiences to the things you enjoy. From visiting the South or North Rim, a Sedona adventure, a quiet walk around a beautiful lake, or a spiritual journey through a private tour of the Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Her recommendations weren't just good, they were perfect. She has a real passion for R&R. Then you have Jesse James. Their resident Collie that loves to be pet. And who can forget Mark. His passion and desire to cook is unmatched. You don't have to eat anywhere else for Breakfast (included) or dinner (separate but worth it). From steak, to shrimp, to salmon, his flavors and attention to pairings make him stand out among the best. We just kept eating dinner there because it was that amazing on his ever changing menu. All around lovely stay! Came here after seeing all the good reviews and was not disappointed. Stayed here for just one night but was impressed with the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Mark and Debbie were very friendly and attentive and gave us helpful suggestions on where to eat and where to hike at the Canyon. We were also given a little breakfast menu to fill out for the following day. The room was clean and cozy. I appreciated the little details - cookies on the bed, bathrobes and slippers, beverages (coffee, tea, water). Plus, Debbie brought us generously-filled glasses of wine as we unpacked. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. The shower was a bit on the smaller side but I didn't mind. Breakfast the next morning really stole the show. My fiancé and I stayed here last summer during a trip to the Grand Canyon. Every single detail was considered, to make this an incredibly remarkable and pleasant stay. The hosts were very friendly and inviting, and gave us great information about things to do in the area. The breakfast was to die for. Dining on the patio is an option. This is where we had the pleasure of observing a whole flock of hummingbirds, as well as where we enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. I want to move in and never leave. The Sheridan House is absolutely amazing. We spent two nights there and we loved it. They offer so much info on what to do while you are there, but this time we just wanted to relax and enjoy the stay. So, next time we will do more in the area. Their attention to detail and cleanliness is top notch! I have never felt so appreciated by an establishment. Mark and Debbie are amazing hosts and really have a knack for delivering exceptional hospitality. We were there a night dinner was offered and it was really good. We got to enjoy breakfast 2 mornings and it was just amazing. I ate everything. I got the radish and broccoli omelette with pesto and I believe smoked Gouda? - it was so delicious! Mark never disappoints and the flavors just come to life so just trust his process. They have freshly squeezed orange juice and local coffee. You can enjoy breakfast on your private patio( if your room has one) otherwise they have a nice dining area for you as well or enjoy it in bed! It is a close walk to town so it was nice to get out and work off some of that delicious breakfast. They also leave you house made peanut butter cookies - I could not get enough of so I ordered 2 boxes to go! I can't say enough fabulous things and I can't wait to return. My husband and I spent two nights at Sheridan House Inn. It is the very best Bed and Breakfast Inn we have stayed at. The food was exceptional. We marveled at the breakfast choices each day! I 100% agree with my beloved, it was the perfect retreat for our Wild West road trip. My one complaint was the overly complex GE air conditioning unit which we could not fathom how to lower the room temp. This sort of device just needs three buttons. 1. On/Off 2. Hot/Cold 3. Wow, this place does not disappoint. The proprietors, Deb and Mark, work tirelessly to make sure your stay is a great experience. We stayed two nights. The rooms are first class and well appointed. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. They provide robes and slippers to give you that pampered feeling. The meals are excellent. They serve a dinner 3 nights a week so if you can plan to be there for a dinner I highly recommend it. Their meals are very creative and delicious. Breakfasts are awesome too. They offer four different entrees for breakfast each day and the menu is different each day. Each meal is creative and presented like you are in a high end restaurant. Sheridan House is a great "home base" for visiting the Canyon. Deb has great tips and tricks for you from parking recommendations to places to have a picnic lunch to watching the sunset. You can order a picnic lunch from Sheridan House. They provide a tasty lunch packed in a cooler and even provide a blanket to sit on. Great alternative to trying to get into one of the restaurants at the canyon. Her tips helped us avoid the crowds and have a great day. She also has a lot of ideas on where to eat in Williams. We usually stay somewhere around Sedona for our anniversary every year. With four little ones, choosing to stay somewhat close to home can make it difficult to find something different each year. The jacuzzi on your private patio overlooking the mountainous hill covered by a pergola with enough space to see the stars at night is the most relaxing! In the morning, you wake and enjoy some quiet time on your patio where you wait for the most magnificent breakfast and fresh French press coffee you could imagine. If you are reading this, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is where you want to stay!!!! I found Sheridan House Inn while while thoroughly reading reviews for places to stay in Williams. The reviews were few although, they were all 5 STARs. That along with photos posted by guests made me feel comfortable about booking. (No one likes a disappointing stay). We were only in town for one night and they were able to accommodate us. What was to be a quick turn around trip has resulted in a relaxing retreat that has felt much longer than an over night visit. This morning as I drank my coffee taking in the beautiful view, I thought about our evening. It felt like being at my mother in laws home; she's so happy to have us that she pampers us making it so difficult when we have to leave. The room was a good size, bedding was great. Not crisp like over starched commercial linens. The robe/slippers, personal note and fresh baked cookies on the bed...really is great. You want reviews; in each room is a book of Guest Reflections...books filled with personal & heart felt messages from guests left for the Mark & Debbie. Beautiful messages of thanks and explanation of how their visit made them feel. Those are a true testament. It explains why the reviews on Yelp are so few and why I am leaving my review. Decided to stay at Sheridan House Inn to celebrate our anniversary and golf with another couple. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. (In a good way!) Drinks upon arrival, then off to our room where we discovered cookies on a heart decorated bed. The bed was very comfortable by the way and room very clean with all the amenities. That evening after golf, the four of us enjoyed wonderful steak and chicken dinners on their relaxing patio. Breakfast the next morning was gourmet all the way with whiskey bean pressed coffee. We stayed here in August, right when we *thought* we were coming out of a pandemic. It was a nice reprieve from the Phoenix heat. We were supposed to go to Ireland for our honeymoon, but the world had other ideas, and we ended up here. Mark and Debbie certainly turned this weekend stay into a memorable one and made a honeymoon out of it. I'd come back here just for the food alone, but I'd also come back for any one feature found nestled here in Williams. We'll definitely be back the next time we need a little R&R. I could go on and on about what a wonderful stay we had at Sheridan House Inn but I will try to be succinct. Everything was far above and beyond what I expected. The hosts, Mark and Debbie, were the ultimate in customer service---attentive, knowledgeable and seemed to really care that we enjoyed our time there. The property was very well-appointed, clean and fresh--it was easy to feel comfortable and pampered. Mark helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room--The Cedar Room. When we walked in I felt like I was in a luxurious tree house. The B&B is on a hill and the room is on the second floor and the bay windows in the sitting area look out onto the wisps of the pines. The room was light and airy but felt comfy cozy at the same time---hard to do, but they did it. They had two high quality robes on the bed for us and slippers in the bathroom. The robe was so nice we bought one to take home. They also had a snack of wrapped grapes for me-- (I don't like sugary items) and a cookie for my husband--who does. The bathroom was large, had two separate sinks and an awesome walk in shower with a rain shower and hand wand shower. The water pressure and heat were just what I needed. Mark makes four dinner items a few nights of the week. We opted to have dinner here two of our three nights. It was excellent and I loved the convenience and privacy. I ordered the spaghetti--which was so delicious I decided to order it the 2nd night---it also came with a perfect caesar salad. My husband ordered the smoked chicken--which was also delicious and then he ordered the spaghetti the 2nd night also. . You can have dinner in the dining room or on the patio/porch. We opted for the porch and I'm so happy we did---it was comfortable and the air was cool and fresh. We were able to watch the hummingbirds buzz around the hummingbird feeder and when the night came on they had romantic candle light. We had a great night sleep and the next morning they delivered our breakfast to our room. OMG---sincerely this was the best B&B breakfast I have ever had. There are many comments on the incredible breakfasts but I was still wowed when it was served and tasted. It was such a luxury to just put on our robes, open the door and have them deliver this gourmet breakfast to our little tree house. Tucked away in the lovely Route 66 town of Williams AZ, is this lovely B&B. After visiting Scottsdale and Sedona, the Grand Canyon was the last leg of our Arizona journey. After reading the not so positive reviews of the Grand Canyon south rim hotels, I decided to book this well rated B&B. Best decision I could have made. Nick and Claire warmly welcomed us to their B&B, gave us a tour of the common areas, the room and gave us dinner options for that evening in Williams. Nick's suggestions for dinner at the Red Raven were spot on and we enjoyed two excellent dinners there during our stay. The Sycamore Room has nice large windows that have views of the pine trees surrounding and since the B&B is located on a hill, it created nice privacy in the room. The special touches of bottle waters, personal Keurig machine with coffee and teas, free wifi, huge shower with rainfall, little spa treats were all ready for us. Decorated with taste, very clean and bright, with a large incredibly comfy King size bed with super soft sheets made for the best two nights sleep we had all trip. The Breakfast choices were hard to choose from, as all options looked to be delicious, but settled on the personally-made English sausage and the Salmon breakfast quesadillas with fresh squeezed orange juice, smoothies, best tasting oatmeal and fresh brewed café press coffee. Marvelous breakfast both days! Nick and Claire took the time to take interest in our visit there and shared some excellent tips for visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim, which made our experience above and beyond what I had planned for the day visit there. With the warm kindness of Nick and Claire, the extra spa like details of the rooms, gourmet style breakfast, exclusive Grand Canyon tips, and relaxing accommodations, I would recommend at least a two night stay here and will mostly definitely be back again! read more

We stayed here last week, and I can't say enough what a wonderful experience we had. We felt so comfortable and happy here. Debbie and Mark were beyond accommodating. It had gotten a bit cold for me since I'm from Florida and Debbie was sweet enough to let me borrow a sweater of hers. Our room was super clean and I also loved the comfy bed ! The breakfast in the morning was so delicious, I'm wanting it right now. You can also have breakfast in bed if you want ! They even gave me a super sweet gift since it was my first time at a bed and breakfast. I highly recommend this place ! My husband and I will definitely be coming back ! An absolutely wonderful 2 night stay! At the heart of our wonderful stay were Mark and Debbie; they left no stone unturned to ensuring that our every comfort and wish was addressed. My wife and I stayed in the Rosewood Room, which was wonderfully appointed and on the first floor of the Inn. I am somewhat disabled, and the Rosewood Room made my experience ever the more enjoyable. We had dinner at the Inn the first night and both my wife and I had the Grilled Spicy Shrimp, which was perfectly presented and prepared by Mark who is a true "chef." For dessert, we had the Creme Brulee, which was delicious. We also had a very nice glass of Pinot Grigio to accompany our dinner. The breakfasts each morning were above and beyond what you would normally expect from a B&B; once again Mark's hand in the presentation and preparation was everywhere. The setting of the Inn is perfect; it is nestled in the pines and exudes tranquility, calm and total relaxation. I can't say enough about how Mark and Debbie catered to our wishes and helped us with questions regarding the area and things to do and places to eat. Without a doubt, the Inn is in the top 1% of all B&B's that my wife and I have stayed in over the years. It is enthusiastically recommended and we would return. read more

A beautiful first night stop on our honeymoon. Debbie was so gracious and welcoming. The Inn is beautiful and nestled in the pines in Williams, AZ. A perfect place to celebrate or just get away. The rooms are beautiful-we stayed in the only suite in the Inn. A delightful little sunroom connected to our room. We walked in and our bed was covered in rose petals and there was champagne and engraved glasses for us. Both of us teared up. There was also chocolate bark snack waiting for us! The Inn is quiet (and it was totally booked) and very safe. I highly recommend it here. We had breakfast delivered to our room and ate at our leisure. Beautiful, affordable and unique. 10 stars!! read more

A bit late getting to this review! Only reminded to do so since the wife and I are on new road trip and remembering our visit to the Sheridan House last February after a big snow storm. Debbie's daughter was just arrived from Hawaii and the whole family was active in making our stay a very special one. The breakfast in the dining room was awesome! Quick Tip - now if you do go in the winter, keep an eye on the snow forecast. The house is in a hilly area and you will need some traction getting up that hill. Williams had I think, maybe 4-5 inches of snow that previous week and we had our Subaru. Used x-mode to slowly climb to the neighborhood and subsequent parking lot into their home. Wonderful time! As the wife and I check boxes off our travel list, this place compares highly on our list of best places we've visited. read more

THE quality place to stay in Williams! We stayed two nights recently as a get away treat from the hot Phoenix Valley and were happy with all aspects of the Sheridan House and the hospitality of the Inn Keepers. Mark and Debbie not only know how to run a business very well, but also did a great job of ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable! The room was well appointed and supplied with all the needful things and the main space off the lobby is nicely done.
