I called them and I was told that the part would be ready to go the following week on Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning at 10:50 AM; the part was supposed to be ready and I was told the part was not ready. I was not given a new time. I told the customer service representative that I needed to talk to the gunsmith. After a 3 minute wait, the store owner got on the phone and explained his gunsmith quit and when I pressed him about my part, he looked around and it was obvious it was the first time he looked at it since he signed it into his store inventory 3 weeks prior. The owner gave me some sort of BS response and said he would get to it. I told him I needed a time/date it would be ready. It is supposed to be ready tomorrow. We will see. The owner did say that he could not get to it today and if I wanted to take somewhere else I could. That was very nice of the owner to make that offer considering he held my firearm part for 3 weeks to allow it to collect dust and be forgotten. This so far has been one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever had the unfortunate luck to experience in Hendersonville, NC. I was lied too on several occasions and there was zero follow-up with the customer. If you have a gunsmith need, I would highly suggest taking your business to another company.
