As of 2024, these have gone up more than $10 since the Covid pandemic, and lately Zoe has implemented these really annoying nickel and diming charges for basic things like takeoff of dip and a polygel patch for a toe with a chip in it at $5 a pop. Moreover its very irritating to not have my appointment times kept, while they hound you with reminder texts and lecture you being a few minutes late when it's obvious they took a walk-in who has been there awhile, and hasn't had their color done yet when you arrive for your appointment 5 to 15m early. Ended up waiting 45m while someone else started the takeoff and pedicure, it really is touch n go, and some of the techs do half ass work or have a less than stellar attitude. The second time this happened, I asked loudly why I bother making appointments, especially when I had been reassured this was not going to happen again when I made this one. Of course it did... I requested Lisa and was told ok we have you down for 10:00 am. I usually go to Lisa she knows my concerns and I feel comfortable having her. I also like Miley who has done my nails and is wonderful when Lisa is off. Today I came right at 10:00 for my scheduled appointment. The first thing the manager says when I walk in are you here for Lisa I said yes. She said Lisa is sick. You can come tomorrow she will be here. I said if she is sick how do you know she will be better I don't want to get sick. A male technician jumps in saying Lisa was just getting a shot! I responded that I had a Dr appointment Friday and I couldn't come in on Friday! The manager says you can have someone else. She said Miley will be in at 11:00 however Miley already has an appointment at 11:00. I looked at the male technician sitting by the manager. How about you? He said I already have an appointment scheduled. I said to the manager why didn't you call me and tell me? Her response "I just found out this morning!" I know she was not telling the truth! Lisa is usually off on Thursdays and when I called and they booked me for Thursday with her I was surprised! I knew she had been on vacation for a couple of months and I figured they scheduled her back on Thursday. I said ok and left! There are 2 other nail places in the same area that I have not tried yet! The Kin Nails was happy to service me! They were all wonderful! I have been going to nails 4 you for a long time. They never really make you feel appreciated. I ignore my surroundings because Lisa always makes me feel comfortable. The attitude is terrible. They make you feel like you don't matter! I have been told this before by others. I can't believe you would not want my business. A phone call to cancel my appointment would have been appreciated! A good manager would have tried to make me happy. The manager had no compassion. She could care less if I left. This is poor management!

The nails were so horribly done, I had to get them redone at another salon. The pedicure resulted in an incredibly infected toenail that was pus filled and had to be drained, and part of the toenail had to be removed. He was also given antibiotics and told he has to come get the infected toenail checked out again in a week. I contacted the nail salon about this and requested a refund and they told me basically to get lost and if I wanted a refund to "call the police". DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to, only go here if you want to be treated terribly and leave with a horrible infection and an urgent care bill.

I feel like there might be less polish options than other places here, but I get overwhelmed with too many options anyway, so that wasn't really a negative for me. They had OPI, and that's all I needed. I got just a plain no-chip with a party nail, short and square, but from the looks of other photos, it appears they can do some pretty intricate designs as well. I was too nervous to ask for it this time, but I might want to look into that more in the future.
