I needed a storage unit to get items out of my home so we could list it - looks better with less…read moreclutter. I went online and settled on this one because elsewhere (not Yelp), it had generally good ratings. I ordered online and was granted instant access. The next day, I drove up to the storage site and tried using the code they gave me - didn't work. I called in and got voicemail so I just let them know what was going on. They immediately called me back and gave me a code to get in. The unit itself was very well kept. We ended up needing a second unit and so I ordered another. It set up 2 different accounts so I reached out and they quickly combined the 2. The second unit, the door is a little wonky but I let them know. The biggest takeaway is I have had nothing but stellar customer service from them, very responsive. And the contract clearly states the 30-day notice in writing to vacate the unit. They even give you a way of providing that 'in writing' via their website. So really, if you read the contract and follow directions, this was an awesome company to do business with. Would recommend!

We got a drive up climate controlled unit and it is really clean, the temperature and humidity have been maintained well. The staff is fantastic and they are open 7 days a week which is super nice when getting payments in or if you need help with anything. They were even able to get us a 2nd unit right next door to the first one, which has made moving into the units so easy! I would highly recommend AAA Storage. Not only are they clean and well light, but secure and the staff is great!

I have rented storage units in the past and this place did not seem too different than the place I have rented at before. It has all of the features most storage rental areas have, 24-hour access to your unit, first month basically free, clean and well-lit area. The customer service provided by the staff was good. The only thing I would have to say would be it was a bit pricey, but this could just be due to the location or the time of year or even availability of units. (Price may change, I do not know). Overall, positive experience here.

So when I arrived I was informed by the amazing manager Catherine that no it was not climate controlled and she apologized for the miscommunication. She proceeded to make things right by contacting the other StorageMart across town and secured their last climate controlled unit for us. And made sure to give us a full refund and a credit toward the rent for September to make things right/ first month free. I would high recommend this facility if you need storage. They have up to 10x15 climate controlled units and up to 10x25 regular units.

I called this storage location earlier today, and had one of the worst phone customer service…read moreexperiences I've ever had. The woman who answered the phone was rude from the first second, and was incredibly impatient when I was asking simple questions about what units they had available and what their rates were. She snapped at me and sarcastically went over their available units like she thought I was an idiot. Their rates for a 10x20 non-climate controlled space were over $100 a month, so even if the price hadn't been outside of my range, I would never consider giving this place my business. Even if you're having a bad day, never be so completely rude to customers!
