We got a drive up climate controlled unit and it is really clean, the temperature and humidity have been maintained well. The staff is fantastic and they are open 7 days a week which is super nice when getting payments in or if you need help with anything. They were even able to get us a 2nd unit right next door to the first one, which has made moving into the units so easy! I would highly recommend AAA Storage. Not only are they clean and well light, but secure and the staff is great!

This was after having to have my bank call and verbally state payment was deposited by them. They had credited to an other unit. Today I had a VERY nasty aggressive encounter with a women who works there. My payment was mailed by my bank last week, not yet credited and I am locked out of front gate. You would think that after 1.5 years I would have some credit there. Treated like a thief, and called a trespasser. Not nice people... VERY MAFIA LIKE. Life is too short for such abuse. Never rented a unit anywhere before so I stated in a voice mail please call me if I need to do anything more and heard nothing. Amazingly on the first business day I get a phone call and email stating I didn't have a lock on my locker. I stated I had cancelled my contact and didn't need their services anymore and I called asking for assistance. The very unkind and liar of management stated they never received a phone call and I would be paying the $200 for the unit that month if I liked it or not. These people are not easy to deal with and good luck if anything goes wrong with your unit since they are poorly maintained.

I have rented storage units in the past and this place did not seem too different than the place I have rented at before. It has all of the features most storage rental areas have, 24-hour access to your unit, first month basically free, clean and well-lit area. The customer service provided by the staff was good. The only thing I would have to say would be it was a bit pricey, but this could just be due to the location or the time of year or even availability of units. (Price may change, I do not know). Overall, positive experience here.

So when I arrived I was informed by the amazing manager Catherine that no it was not climate controlled and she apologized for the miscommunication. She proceeded to make things right by contacting the other StorageMart across town and secured their last climate controlled unit for us. And made sure to give us a full refund and a credit toward the rent for September to make things right/ first month free. I would high recommend this facility if you need storage. They have up to 10x15 climate controlled units and up to 10x25 regular units.

The woman who answered the phone was rude from the first second, and was incredibly impatient when I was asking simple questions about what units they had available and what their rates were. She snapped at me and sarcastically went over their available units like she thought I was an idiot. Their rates for a 10x20 non-climate controlled space were over $100 a month, so even if the price hadn't been outside of my range, I would never consider giving this place my business. Even if you're having a bad day, never be so completely rude to customers!
