Well this is my second attempt at this restaurant. When I gave it a Two star I was being very nice. First they have a very small menu. The food to me have not been good. The service sucked as well. I won't be back.

If you're looking for a laidback bar vibe, Hightops is the perfect place to gather with friends or grab a quick meal with the family. There are tons of seating options regardless of the season. Their outdoor section is so fun in the warmer months. During the colder months, they do such a good job creating a cozy warm atmosphere with a fireplace. We went last night with friends and sat outside. There was live music which was fun! Around 9, a DJ came out and they cleared part of the floor for people to dance. Wasn't expecting that but the staff were really nice when they asked us to move. The food was good! Ordered their crap dip pretzel as an app and burgers and a wrap for the main meals. Their orange crushes are amazing! And they serve Union bear which was a nice surprise! All the servers and bartenders were attentive and friendly!

Prices are reasonable, food is good, menu is standard bar food but the drinks (alcoholic) are so creative and so yummy! One drink had me tipsy!! The crushes are their signature drinks (so good). The food tasted great. There is outside seating when weather permits. The crowd is nice. Great vibes. Will definitely visit again.

Always a good time coming to Hightopps. We came after the fair and sat at the outside bar. There was good music and not super crowded as we were able to find two seats at the bar. We ordered the bay tots--always good. The crab dip is just sooo good here. Not pictured but we also ordered a couple rounds of drinks. We even played a card game with a family at the bar. Decent price for an evening out and meeting new people at the bar.

Food was good and the portions was plentiful. The waitress we had was nice and the restaurant was huge it had 3 outside bars and a playground for the kids to play in while you eat. We ate inside because it was extremely hot but the inside has great air conditioning. We definitely will be back everything was GREAT.

This place is huuuuge! There is so much space. You could def host a sweet party/event here. TVs and multiple bars, etc. Most Importantly, they have a phenomenal playground and our kid made friends and played the whole time while we enjoyed a loved dinner to ourselves. Food was solid, great wings, stellar ranch. But for real, the playground!!! So clutch if you have young kids

Stopped by after a round of golf for drinks and snacks- got a crush and nachos! Delicious!

Stopped by Hightopps on a Sunday for lunch, and it was pretty busy. We were seated on the lower level, where the lighting wasn't great--even during the day. I was torn between the wings and a salmon BLT, and the server recommended the wings. I went with the honey Old Bay wings and fries, but they were just okay--I've had better and probably wouldn't order them again. The service was good, and the menu is standard bar food, but nothing really stood out. I'd consider returning, but I'd definitely try something different next time.

Tried this place for the first time today and we are absolutely in love! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and inviting. Our waitress was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food? Absolutely fantastic! We started with the Santa Fe fries, and they were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and loaded with just the right amount of toppings. But the real star of the meal? The honey Old Bay wings. These were hands down the best wings I've ever had--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in the perfect blend of sweet honey and bold Old Bay seasoning. Every bite was packed with flavor! We'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu. If you're looking for great food, a fun atmosphere, and excellent service, HighTopps Backstage Grille is a must-visit!

Closest thing to a dive bar along York Road. Huge facility. It has a large parking lot. It has inside dining, outside dining, an inside bar and an outside bar, and scheduled live entertainment. Thursday night Football gets you a pitcher of beer and a pizza for 15 bucks. This Thursday afternoon my wife and I sat at the outside bar. The server was great. My wife ordered the fish and chips, which was huge and I had their version of a jambalaya., All good.

really enjoyed my dinner at hightopps! the menu is large with lots of vegetarian options. prices are average. i devoured my chicken caesar wrap (and the sunset crush, highly recommend!) and the fries were well seasoned. it was a saturday night and we sat outside. there was a band playing with live music, cornhole, and also indoor seating with lots of TVs. our service was average, but it was not very crowded so im not sure how it would be on a busy night. would go back, but wouldn't write home about it.

This is a great spot for food, drinks, and fun. There's plenty of parking and seating both indoors and outdoors. Lots of TVs with sports. Delicious food and large portions. The half and half soup is the best. Great service. We try to come every time we're in the area.

During my recent trip back to Baltimore, my friends and I made reservations for four on a Saturday night. I'll admit, I was convinced my GPS had failed me when it led me into a business park. Just when I was ready to question my phone's navigation , BlueStone appeared like a hidden gem. The restaurant was large and looked upscale from the outside with plenty of free parking, making the first impression even better. We were seated immediately, and the hostess greeted us with a genuine smile that made us feel right at home. The ambiance is warm and inviting with a perfect blend of casual elegance. There are several dining spaces throughout the restaurant, including private rooms that would be ideal for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, or other special occasions. Our server was attentive without hovering and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our evening. We kicked things off with cocktails, including a French 75, White Cosmo, and Blackberry Bandit. Every drink was expertly crafted, but the French 75 was the undeniable star of the night, I enjoyed it so much I ordered a second. When it came to dinner, my friends all chose the crab cake entrée and they all enjoyed their food ( they are locals), proving that Bluestone knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to a well made crab cake. I ordered the Ocean & Gulf entrée. My dish included a jumbo lump crab cake, deep-sea scallops, and Gulf shrimp served over forbidden black rice with sautéed vegetables in a honey garlic beurre blanc. Every component was cooked perfectly, and the flavors blended together so well that each bite felt like a little celebration. It was one of those meals where the conversation pauses because everyone is too busy enjoying the food. As if dinner wasn't enough, we finished with Taharka Brothers Honey Graham and Vanilla Bean ice cream. It was creamy, rich, and the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. BlueStone exceeded my expectations from the moment I pulled into the parking lot until the last spoonful of dessert. Great service, good prices, decent portions and expertly prepared food and cocktails. Definitely an atmosphere that's perfect for everything from date night, a family celebration, to a girls' night out. This has officially earned a spot on my list of must visit restaurants every time I come back to Baltimore.

It was busy because of the holiday but Bluestone has a lot of seating. I asked the 3 girls at the front for a table with good lighting. The hostess didn't hesitate and we were seated immediately. There was a Fathers Day special of 2 separate entrees . Our Server Jake told us the Steak was sold out . That's pretty good for them. Sounds like I should try the steak another day if they have it. I wanted a small plate and Jake gave me 3 recommendations: BANG bang shrimp, mini crab cakes, & Crab Spinach dip. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and the beet salad. This was another "live in the moment" dinner for me. I am deciding to be more deliberate about enjoying my food and not taking as many pics. Everyone on Yelp has the same pics of the same food. The beet salad was so good. Very appealing plate. The Bang Bang Shrimp were swimming in sauce but still tasty. I really wanted to try a new red wine Jake recommendations were : JEZEBEL & Alta Pavina. I chose the Alta Pavina (a high alcohol content you may only need 1). I wasn't feeling like a Jezebel on Sunday and decided to wait for a Friday night for that red wine.

That is a very nice seating option; however, there was a private event occurring so I couldnt be seated at such. They also have a front patio seating option as well. I opted to be seated at the bar for this visit as well. The bartender was not as pleasant as my entrance experience and previous visit; however he was attentive. We ordered drinks and then proceeded witj our food ordering once we received our drinks. We ordered Expresso Martini and Reposado Old Fashioned. The drinks are amazing and 5*. We ordered our food Oversized burger and Pan Seared scallops over brussel sprouts. Our food came out hot and within reasonable time. The burger is NOT an oversized burger. Regular sized and the descriptive name is deceiving. The burger option was not anything to speak on as it was not to satisfaction but quelled the hunger moment. It was over cooked. The pan seared scallops came out with a strong "fishy" smell. They however were tasty and spicy. This was a small plate as it was only 3 scallops in total. Other then the strong "fishy"smell, they were tasty. We then ordered a limoncello and was of course satisfied as it was another great tasting drink. This establishment does not have a nice and variety food menu but you will never be disappointed with the drinks.

The menu is absolutely enormous and the interior lacks character and charm with uncomfortable bench seating and scarce decor. I opted for an omelette which came with pepper jack cheese, bacon, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream. The description was unclear about whether it came with home fries and bread or the option of either home fries or bread. When I asked our server about this, he gave me a mixed response and seemed confused himself. I told him IF it comes with bread, I'll need the gluten free option which ended up being pretty good. My boyfriend got the blueberry pancake which he seemed to love. He also got a side of their "million dollar bacon" and "the works" omelette. There was some more confusion from our server who thought he wanted to sub the bacon in the omelette for the million dollar bacon but he ended up asking for our clarification before any mistakes were made. My omelette came out first and it was dry and overcooked. Definitely not a fluffy omelette and the half a spoonful of sour cream wasn't helping. The home fries were SO salty and that's coming from someone who has a savory palate. I couldn't finish them. My boyfriend's omelete came out and was a lighter, different color and looked a lot fluffier which makes me think mine was kept on the skillet too long. The million dollar bacon was just bacon covered in maple syrup. It was so disappointing and definitely not worth the almost $7 for 4 pieces. We had to chase our server down for our check in the end. Our meal ended up being over $50 for the two of us. Considering the quality of the food and service, I wouldn't say it was worth it. This is the kind of place that pretends its "farm fresh" but really is the same quality as IHOP at a slightly more expensive price.
