My front brake line burst less than 800 ft before the freeway entrance today. I had to quickly rush my car out of the way and into a random parking lot during rush hour traffic with brakes barely working. Definitely one of the scariest experiences I've had. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours in the cold for another towing company my insurance company sent out never showed up, Jesus Verlarde rescued us from a freezing night and gave us excellent service. He was extremely professional, yet kind and considerate, making extra calls to confirm his timely arrival.
