I sure hope this is the correct "Quick Towing" as I ordered through CSAA (better known as AAA). Unfortunately I experienced a flat tire and didn't get a spare tire with my brand new car. Naeem showed up within thirty minutes and immediately had a pleasant disposition. Even though I stated that I didn't have a spare, he decided to take a look. I'm glad he did because I hadn't gone deep enough under the mat thingy. However, there wasn't a spare. He got my car up on the truck rather quickly and we exchanged a pleasant conversation on our way back to my destination. I had a flat tire. They were quick to arrive, no issues, towed me to the tire shop, price was standard for the area.

My suspension was accidently damaged during a tow, only because tow truck driver worked his ass off trying to maneuver my car with locked wheels into a small parking stall, not at all his fault. AAA contacted them, and with no problem they picked it back up and towed it to their repair shop. It was fixed quickly with no problem. From the multiple calls to dispatcher Abraham whom was very professional and extremely nice, to Marc the tow driver(super cool), and finally to the speedy mechanic, great experience. I had a flat on the freeway and called AAA at 1:41 am. I just got off work and was driving home. I was assured that since I was on the freeway, they would put a priority in the call. At 2:46, I called AAA. They said the company they called, Quick Tow out of Hayward, "couldn't assist," so they had to call another company. I called them just to ask what happened. A man named Marc answered and couldn't give me a clear answer. It doesn't matter. I will never use them. Maybe you other reviewers got lucky, but not me. I was involved in an accident on the way home from work, ended up waiting on a side street. With the AAA insurance offices and body shop and rental car agency already closed for the day. AAA roadside service called in Quick Towing and they were awesome. The driver was kind, supportive at a traumatic time, and did a fine job with my ruined car and possessions. Their employees ask for good reviews to be given and this is why zero stars is recommend here. A friend of mine had a car towed with AAA and they arrived much later than the time given. I've had my personal car towed in the past and noticed how their driver only had one chain on the rear of the car. I asked the diver about it a he became very rude. He wasn't very great attitude wise when he arrived either so it didn't really shock me. I have had my personal car towed by two other local companies and their way of securing my vehicle looked a lot more safer than this company's way of doing it. I will refuse their service if AAA ever sends them out for my vehicle if anything happens in the future. Rude driver: I called triple AAA service to tow my vehicle. Driver came and he was very odd to begin with asking inappropriate questions finding a reason not to tow my Range Rover. I called another tow company driver said car is fine he towed it no problem. Big companies have inexperienced driver sometimes just be careful. It's always a terrible time when you are in need of services from a towing company. Ironically I had phenomenal service with this company that actually made up for my trouble. It has been a few years since I last had my service with them, but the employee who took care of us was awesome! I'm so sad I cannot remember his name at the moment, but he was great!!! Came faster than expected, even got to our location under my mileage limit for insurance. He was friendly, nice, and had enough room to take me and my boyfriend back safe & sound to our home. I called around 10:30 AM, spoke to Max, told me it was going to be an hour and half to get to me, I declined since I was headed to work. Once I got off work, I called them around 6:30 PM, guy told me it was going to be a 3-4 hour wait, once again I declined. 3rd time's the charm, I call at 8 PM and this guy tells me the same thing. Plus they were charging me $75 for 2 miles! I live down the street. The service is unreliable, I had a really great experience the last time my vehicle broke down on me, and I was wrong to expect such great service as before. Never calling them again. Driver for truck license 93844L2 was so rude. He cut infront of us and even gave us a side smirk. Then he drove really slow infont of us and then drove fast once he got on the freeway. This while he had a car on his flat bed. I don't think I want this driver to tow my car if I ever need one. I was towed from San Leandro to San Ramon, $200!!! Thought that was ridiculous, but what the hell, my insurance would pay a portion of it. Driver said they would email my reciept... never got it. Their driver and my savior Ian O. was there in 7 minutes, and went well above and beyond to get me rolling again. Turned out not to be a simple jump, I had a bad corrosion problem sneak up on me, but Ian was the MAN dealing with my incredibly stubborn connections, even sacrificing the last of his own lunch coke to help dissolve the problem. there is nothing like literally on the verge of being stranded. I was driving through hayward when I got a fast leaky tire. I had the courage to drive all the way to Castro Valley to Goodyear,. By the time I parked my tire was flat. I asked the office if they could change my tire with the spare for me. they flat out said they couldn't "fit" me in for "tire repair". stranded I was, until I called this towing company who really had my back, they made me feel taken care of, for example asking the Goodyear employees and managers who were spectating the scene, to please leave and complete their "busy" work., Quick tow would go as far as apologized for any mistakes and if ethical, refund for any misconduct. Subaru Roadside sent a driver from Quick Towing after the first vendor 'couldn't locate' me.
