Prices have nearly doubled since I first started coming, and at no point was I told in advance what the updated cost would be. It puts customers in an uncomfortable position at checkout and doesn't feel transparent or respectful. A quick heads-up before starting the service would make a big difference. Members of the training group were rude, whispered mean comments, pointed, and made me feel judged instead of supported. On top of that, while I was looking for an item, not a single staff member offered to help me. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it honestly made me not want to shop here again. I understand and respect the goal of Fear Free education, but customer service, professionalism, and kindness should matter just as much--especially during an event meant to support the community. I'm sharing this because I hope future customers are treated with more respect and offered help rather than being made to feel judged.
