She watches the dogs behavior when they play so they do not get too rough with each other. She is an expert in interpreting dogs behavior. She also trains the dogs in groups as seen below. She is extremely gifted in reading pups' behaviors and needs, as well as training people to understand their furry friends and support them along their journey. Erica's teaching style helped us practice strategies with feedback to make sure we were using them effectively. She gave us strategies to help our extremely anxious pup build confidence. She not only helped with behavior training, but also identified when training, alone, was not enough for Ren. She connected us with a vet and behaviorist to get Ren the medical treatment she needed for anxiety and GI issues. And when we had questions, she was super responsive and thorough. We've made huge leaps and bounds...we have all become more confident during Ren's transition from a rescue.
