We needed repair services for a large 25"x30" bleach stain on our Berber Carpet. I called John and he answered right away. He gave me his professional opinion and suggested trying a less evasive approach first. After making a few phone calls it was more cost effective to have John cut out the stain and replace it with a piece taken from one of our closets. We always use Johns services for all our carpet cleaning and rugs. We have 2 small dogs that once in a blue moon get excited and wet the carpet when they sneak in. John comes in with blue light sees the smallest area and puts enzyme cleaner on it, lets it work in, and extracts everything completely. We even had a wine stain that he was able to get all out. We just used Hilbrands for the second time and we were very pleased! We used John at our first home a few years ago (which was 1900sqft) and he did a wonderful job on our carpet and was very reasonably priced. We recently moved into a new home that is 3400sqft and it has 750sqft of natural, rough edge travertine. We first got a quote from another local carpet cleaner and he quoted us $2/sqft! We called Hilbrands and he came out the next day to look at our home. He tested his cleaner on a spare tile and hand-scrubbed a small area out of sight to show us how it would look. He did our travertine and carpet for a third of what the other place quoted for only the travertine and he did a WONDERFUL job. The carpets looked brand new and the tile is very clean.
