This woman (probably in her 60s) looked gorgeous and told Anna multiple times the dress was her size and she couldn't return it. Anna's comments about her body and the dress were not very kind. When it was my turn I showed her the dress which I wanted taken in just a little and she said she wouldn't because that was the way the dress was supposed to be. I was sad I waited in line. The next tailor I went to quickly understood what I wanted and gave me a couple of other tips for how to make the dress work better for my body type as well. I won't be back here.

My daughter brought anew designer dress (with tags) in for a simple hemming alteration. When she picked it up, it was cut drastically shorter than agreed -- so short it is now unwearable because her underwear shows. Also, she asked to keep the fabric that was cut off, but approximately 9.5 inches of the material is missing When we returned to show them the damage, we were treated extremely rudely, falsely accused of cutting the dress myself, and denied a refund. Another professional tailor reviewed the damage and confirmed that the work was not done properly. (The dress is shorter in the back than the front) I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, the gaslighting, and the refusal to take any responsibility. I've had to pursue a refund through legal means. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

When I came to pick up my dress, I tried it on and it wasn't as fitted as I was hoping for. I talked to the owner, Le, and said it wasn't to my satisfaction and he was willing to alter it for no additional charge. I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

I pointed out the inner seams were sewn in the opposite direction on the uneven hems that were done by the first tailor. It was quite embarrassing to point out these flaws that I paid for. Francesca and her husband assured me these issues can be fixed and made suggestions to improve the look such as an invisible hem. They measured me and every inch of those pair of pants, double checking their work. When I went to pick up the pants, I didn't try them on but Francesca told me if I was unhappy with anything to let her know, talk about customer service.
