Cherie helped us "outfit" our home with blinds when we moved in our home in 2003. She met with us weeks before our closing date to measure the whole house and on closing, we were ready to install, allowing for our house to feel like a home the same week as move in. We appreciate her genuine care for us as her clients. Since then, we have had her come back a few times to change out a few rooms as our lives have changed. Fast forward to 2026, we were now having to have our windows replaced (all of them) and Cherie saved the day as we were told we had to remove all the blinds/shutters in the house prior to windows being installed. Cherie coordinated with her installer Gary to come out and remove them all, then the next week after installation of the windows, he came back to put everything in it's place. We had our home remodeled. A company had removed our blinds for the remodel and when we were ready for them to be reinstalled we found out the company had gone out of business. We worked with Cherie & her team to get "top down bottom up" ALTA blinds installed through the house. We chose manual ones in areas not used frequently and motorized blinds other places. We also picked & love the blackout honeycomb blinds for the bedrooms that keep light out (guests/kids/we love we can sleep in after sun rises). The motorized blinds work also with an app & Alexa. Depending on frequency of usage, the motorized blinds have to be recharged with a USB charger. Cherie & her crew made the process and installation an easy one. Horrible customer service. Measured wrong, then refused to install shades properly when window frames were cut to allow for proper installation. Why on earth would I want my shades to stick out 4" when I have an 8" deep window frame. Refused to ensure blinds working properly, and then refused to make it right. Go to anyone else. Bad attitude, expensive, and difficult to deal with. I see that I'm not the only one that has had a bad customer service experience. read more

I shopped around for affordable quality cellular shades. Knew when they were initially so pleasant and responsive that this would work. She even rearranged her schedule that very day to accommodate me. She showed up with a great attitude even though, I learned later, she had a loved one in the hospital.
