OMG Carol and her team were beyond amazing! She had to take my dress in 4 sizes since I could not get the dress I wanted on order in time and had to buy the sample from the wedding salon. She made it custom and added items I requested and had me checked every two weeks since I was still losing weight. She also sold me another dress she had for the night before and she customized that and did the initials on all the girls pajamas for my wedding party. Her team took great care and communicated well and did my mom and replacement bridesmaid last minute alterations! I cannot say enough wonderful things about hers d her team ! It cost about $75 for two pairs of jeans to be hemmed, which to me was a bit pricey but the work was done quickly and correctly. I will use them again for any of my alteration needs. read more

Be extremely wary of these people. 2nd fitting and my daughter is in tears. Careless pinning and front of dress not right. Instead of correcting mistake blames daughter that she lost 3 inches in 2 weeks. Departing to another seamstress for this high 4 figure dress. Dress is being held hostage. Lied to my daughter that "she had lost so much weight". Would not provide detail estimate of alterations. Still won't. My daughter is in tears over how they cut the front of her dress. Update - required the police to retrieve our dress from these people. We would have been going on 3rd fitting without any estimate. Update - boning and other pieces missing. Even after police demanded the dress be returned. Why would they do this to a bride. read more

Life Savers!! The place is a hidden gem. They are located on the corner of RR12 and 290 next to the Home Depot. I asked for very unusual request. I ordered a suit 3 months back and never tried on the pants (Don't ask me why ) . Decided to finally try them on 4 days before a wedding and of course they were to small at the waste. I gave them a call and they told me to come in. Not only were they able increase the waste band, they got it back to me in 1 Day!! Amazing customer service and very professional. I really hate leaving bad reviews especially for local family businesses, but this experience really didn't deserve a 5 star rating. I had a pair of pants repaired (a very simple sew across the ankle) and a simple summer dress shortened by a couple inches. First I had to call repeatedly several times over the course of a week and half to follow up. Finally when my two items were supposed to be done, I found out the owner was working (rushing, rather) on my two items one hour before my arrival. When I arrived, the items were not done and I had to leave empty handed. I came back again the next day to pick up my items and the job was so rushed that the ankle threads on my pants BROKE AGAIN the next day because the entire thing wasn't sewn over! The summer dress that I had shortened was so haphazardly cut/sewn and not equal all the way across. It looks absolutely awful and rough underneath. I feel like my dress got butchered... I know this place has been getting five stars and the owner and her family are super nice, but this is beyond disappointing. I don't even want to go back to re-fix my items because not only will I wait an inordinate amount of time again, but because I don't trust they will be fixed properly and in a well done manner. Maybe others have a much better experience with this place, but I didn't. Sorry! read more

They did a gorgeous job on my dress and also made me feel beautiful, in a very authentic way.
