(I think it was the tone of desperation in my voice that really got me on the schedule.) The team of two young guys who showed up were professional and obviously loved their job. Extra kudos for saving us a little money. Junk Busters charges by the volume your junk takes up inside their truck. (That is, unless you're throwing out bricks or cement, in which case it's by weight.) I watched them really work at fitting all this loose material into the smallest space possible. I called Terry and he picked answered right away and even gave me a quote over the phone! The quote was good and Terry was able to squeeze me in that day as I was between him and the next location and only had a few items. Note that I was very precise on what I wanted hauled off. Terry gave me and estimated time of arrival then called me when he was a few minutes out. When Terry showed up he was fast and efficient the best part is that the quote did not change, what I told him was going out was what was going out so there were no surprises on either side.
