Over the past three years our trash has been skipped once every six weeks. No matter how many times I call to have it rescheduled for pick up they consistently continue to miss our pick up. This most recent time I was told that the collection would be picked up on the 22nd, it was not picked up on the 22nd. I called first thing on the 23rd and was told someone would be out today and as of 345 this afternoon it has not been picked up and I received a notification stating the trash will be picked up tomorrow on the 24th. Our regular scheduled pick up is Thursday so this is one day before pick up. This is unacceptable service, unacceptable Customer service and unacceptable business practice for a company of this size. I would not recommend this company to anyone to use however, we have no choice.

After a short conversation discussing my options we opted to meet him at his building in Marble Falls. The service was quick and simple... I parked my vehicle, popped the trunk open, handed over my bin of documents, he emptied the contents of my bin into his larger bin then he rolled his bin to his shredding truck's loader. After pressing a few buttons the loader raised the bin into the truck and the shredding commenced. Done. I paid the gentleman then my girl and I headed down the street to an early dinner.
